This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Send a scheduled message to ALL USERS. If I host an event, If I host a live, If I want to send a link/newsletter same day each week, or take payment from all on the same day of the month I want to remind all at the same time

  2. Be able to designate what coach is sending auto message

    Running into issues where my co-coach will schedule a message for one of my clients and it automatically gets sent from my account. Can you please change this, so they can auto schedule their own messages from them?

  4. Ability to repeat calendar items (like auto messages) farther than 4 weeks apart

    Currently, automated messages or anything else can only be scheduled 4 weeks apart. When reminding a client to perform a benchmark workout, 4 weeks is too short a period, as benchmarks need to be done 6-12 weeks apart. It would be very useful to allow more than a 1-month gap between messages. Up to 12 weeks apart is good. Thank you!

  5. Include emoji options when replying to comments on clients workouts

    Emoji keyboard needed when replying to clients on a laptop. ATM only option for emoji is in direct messages or on mobile device.

  6. The ability to delete automated messages completely

    I set up reminders for clients session (for forever) you cannot undo that, only clear it from their calendar month to month.

  7. Chat bubbles instead of banners

    It would be very helpful to view the chats in staggered bubbles (like imessage) rather than paragraph banners.
    it would also be helpful to have the ability to respond to a particular message in a thread like WhatsApp and the new iMessage feature.

    If you have products set for Monday and they sign up a week or days before, for the automated messages to differentiate when to send the 3rd or 7th day of signing in to active or pending clients.

  14. Run MET / effort based challenges

    Based on the activities logged in Trainerize, see how many calories/METs are burnted.

    Then the leaderboard can be measured in EFFORT not calories or distance.

  15. Personalized milestone notifications

    I'd like the ability to record a video that links to a milestone. e.g. it would be simple but "Congratulations, you just hit a ____ milestone. Way to put in the work." I've worked with clients face to face for 15 years, and they have constantly expressed how important it is that they see ME associated with this program. Any way we can add those touches is so helpful.

  17. See who has put an emoji on a comment in a group message

    People are doing a “thumbs up” emoji on my comments to let me know they have seen my post or not in group chats. To be able to easily click on the emoji and see who as done it or not would be very helpful

  18. add a way to form group chats from individual chats

    I would love to be able to select individual chats and then be able to form a group chat by clicking the clients I need and then clicking a 'create group chat' or 'add to group chat' button.

  19. Create ability to give a client a kudos when they check in for their workout

    Sometimes a workout notification doesn’t need a full message; it would be cool to have the ability to quickly send a kudos to a client once you’ve received notification that they’ve completed a workout.

  20. view attachments in browser

    Be able to view the attachements in browser. Currently you have to download the documents which in my opinion defeats a lot of the purpose with the feature.
