We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Send clients videos through messages from the Trainerize Library of workouts and stretches

    I want to be able to send Trainerize videos to my clients when messaging them.

    Like workouts, stretches and foam rolling. Sometimes my clients want to substitute a workout with another workout and it would be great to just find one and send them a video. Same goes with stretching and foam rolling.

    Buongiorno, potreste aggiungere la possibilità nella creazione dei programmi di inserire nello stesso allenamento diverse modalità di lavoro (regular+interval+circuit. Questo consentirebbe di creare un programma più articolato. Es: creazione di un circuito di riscaldamento, lavoro regular, e finale con interval.

  3. More Flexibility in Reporting Volume/Load based on bands

    Load can be more than just #. For instance Micro vs Mini Band, Light vs. Medium Loop, Bodyweight, Etc.

    Most bands have an equivalent weight resistance. Please use that instead to calculate load.

  4. Change set number per exercise in a superset / circuit

    I program a lot of supersets that have different set numbers. I would like the ability to change the sets per exercise in a group.

    an example would be A) 4 sets Deadlift B) 3 sets mobility drill C) Rest

  6. Being able to see each exercise listed in each workout on the clients and master program calendar view

    When you open both the clients calendar and master program calendar, the trainer should be able to view all exercises within each workout. So when the trainer is looking at 4 weeks of programming, they can essentially see all 4 weeks of workouts in a clearer, easy to read way.

  8. Be able to charge a one-time setup or enrollment fee for a recurring purchase

    There should be an option to include an enrollment fee when someone subscribes to a recurring payment program. Like $49 enrollment and then goes to $15/month after that so if they cancel they would again have to pay that $49.

  9. One location for ALL messages.

    Still new to Trainerize and finding myself, as well as clients, having to search location of messages frequently. IF a message is posted, rather than just a notification, we should be able to see ALL messages in 1 location.

  10. Allow flexibility when logging session results

    Allow sport specific data collection and result logging. For example, when a client finishes a row they have to log by the KM. Rowing is only ever recorded by 500m intervals for example, 2:00/500m rather than 4:00/1km.

    Kunne det vært mulig å gjøre det slik at man kan lage seg en øvelsesbank med favoritter fra øvelsesbiblioteket? Vi er flere som benytter samme konto i SATS, og det blir etter hvert veldig mange øvelser å lete gjennom.

    Allow for an increase auto % of intensity from week to week in the progression calculator. All based off the first week #s. Allowing a true linear progression.

  15. Quick Enter Data in workouts

    Auto enter the reps and sets scheme that’s been assigned to the program when created.

    Having this means you’d only need to enter a new rep/set if the client increased or decreased saving massive amounts of time fiddling around with it.

  16. Add workout badge filter to the client grid

    I'd like to be able to filter out everyone who has gotten their 50th Workout Badge in the client grid and reward them for it. This would be an added filter in the client grid. As the manager, I could also filter by trainer and see how many of his/her clients have gotten their 50th workout badge.

  17. Reduce folder to one with thr ability to share it or individual workouts/plans.

    Minimize the folder options with the ability to share it. Its a pain flipping between shared and personal folders. Inefficient.

  18. The ability to quickly see previous sets/reps/loads for an exercise, within a workout

    During a workout - clicking on an exercise to see what reps/load you achieved in that exercise in previous workouts.

    This is very motivating, knowing exactly how many reps you got before and what to aim for this time.

  19. In an Interval type workout, being able to enter the amount of reps performed during the REST

    Currently, in order to document and report the amount of reps during an Interval rate I can only do it after the workout is done, and who can remember while putting it all out. The documentation is important to see improvement from workout to workout.
    It'll make it easier to report if during the REST part of the interval workout you can enter the amount of reps.

  20. Week day automation not programme day automation

    I like my clients to have all their measurements done on a Monday morning.

    Programme days are one thing, but if some other things, like measurements can always be done on an actual Monday, that'd be grand.
