Water Goal
I love that water tracking has been integrated in the app! It would be really cool to set a water goal just like setting a nutrition goal. That way clients have a target to reach for.
It would also be really cool for me, the coach, to have the ability to change the unit of measurement from mL to oz for my clients to make their lives a little easier.

Show average total nutrition/macro amounts specifically for those only tracking calories/protein
Looking to see the total average carbs/fats distribution numbers in a quick and easy way. Also show average weekly calories and macros in a list or side by side view to see changes in weeks as time goes on.

All of my clients track water in ounces not milliliters and they do not know how to convert it without having to go to Google so having the option for ounces or milliliters would be great!

1. A column that automatically shows a client’s personal best (max weight) for each exercise when I build their plan, so we can see their top lifts right there.
2. More foam rolling videos for different body parts to support mobility routines.
3. An AI or robotic system that can generate a basic workout plan framework based on goals, so it does most of the initial work and we fine-tune it.

Ability to offer short term one off program(ex. 5 week Kettle Bell at home plan) without adding the individual to your client total.
I want to be able to create and sell a short term one off program that people can purchase (ex. Minimal equipment 7 week at home plan). That they can have lifetime access to, without being added to my client list. It’s not fair that I have to pay more for a larger subscription to add client spots for folks that aren’t longer term coaching clients.

Feedback on Drag and Drop features and Progressions
Just giving feedback and not sure where to put this....Recently it seems that the drag and drop feature when creating a workout plan on a phone or tablet no longer works, it shows a dialogue box instead when trying to "drag" and then deletes the exercise from the program when you let go to "drop" it in place. Would love for the drag and drop feature to work on mobile devices again! (Maybe I need to update something?)
Also when creating progressions it used to let you just type directly into the box in the progressions area. But now when…

Allowing unlimited, or at least more, characters on the check in form question boxes. I've had a few clients mention they didn't have enough space to say everything they wanted to on their form.

Specific points breakdown for challenge.
I need to be able to see the specific points breakdown during the challenge. I have to go into each client's calendar and do the breakdown myself, which drives me nuts and takes a really long time.

Lead prospecting - Add multiple users in a single time slot (E.g. for in-person group class free trials)
Lead prospecting is great - it allows users to book a session WITHOUT first downloading the app. However there is a problem for group fitness studios I.e. only one prospect may book per time slot. For my studio, I would like multiple users to be able to book free trials at the same time (e.g 6.15am) without needing to download the app first (kills free trial conversion)

Edit Live Challenges Post-Launch
The ability to edit a challenge after it has been launched and participants have enrolled.
Currently, if a detail needs to be tweaked—like a deadline, a task description, or a point value—the only option is to delete the entire challenge and start over from scratch. This is incredibly time-consuming and creates a poor experience for participants who have already joined.
The ideal solution is a simple "Edit" mode that allows creators to make adjustments to live challenges without invalidating the existing progress or structure.

A notes section beside an exercise that clients can use. Seen an idea like this for the coach to be able to use, but with many clients online it would be awesome if they could leave themselves reminders on different exercises.

The option to set flexible daily calorie and macronutrient targets, rather than being locked into one static goal for the entire week.
Many advanced nutrition strategies, like carb cycling, calorie cycling, or refeed days, require daily adjustments to align with training schedules, activity levels, or specific metabolic goals. The current system of a single weekly target doesn't support this level of personalization.

Be able to create coaches' recipes that can be added to a client's meal plan, and clients are also able to find them when making swaps.
Many clients want to have this done for them but finding they have to take the time to create their own recipes.

Flexible Session Start Times & Overlaps for Client Scheduling within Fixed Events
I’d love more flexibility when scheduling events. Right now, once I create an Event for a session—whether one-on-one or a group class—the time is fixed, and I can’t accommodate clients who need to start 10–15 minutes earlier or later without shortening their session or disrupting the schedule. For example, if some clients want to start at 5:45am and others at 6:00am, I can’t reflect this in the schedule. Allowing overlapping sessions while keeping each client’s full session intact would make scheduling more accurate, reduce confusion, and prevent losing clients due to timing conflicts.

Have the ability to change calorie quantities on different days for clients instead of averaged out across the week. This will help with clients that like to consume more calories on different days, eg. Saturday and Sunday

Make Video Attachment Optional NOT Mandatory when Creating a Program
Currently, the requirement to select a video forces me to stop and second-guess my choice during a live session, which disrupts the flow with a client. Making this field optional would allow us to save the program adjustment instantly and add the perfect video later when we have more time to choose.
This frames it not as laziness, but as a need for better workflow efficiency and to maintain focus on the client.

Add Check-in Status (On time, Late, No-show)
Would it be possible to add a simple new feature to streamline the check-in process for our in-person clients?
A one-click button or toggle to update a client's status as "On Time," "Late," or "No-Show" would be incredibly helpful to highlight their accountability.
The main benefits would be:
