Adding a dropset, cluster set, pnf, 1/2 rep, reps in reserve option to exercises.
A button or easy way to instruct clients to do dropsets burnouts, cluster sets ect on the last set of certain exercises

The whole program format needs an overhaul, ie, why is there no manual time I can select for rests? 75 seconds isn't even an option. But this dropset idea would be a great start. Trainerize, I hope you're paying attention!

Yes, this will be very helpful as some clients have been wanting to see their dropset data from past sessions. They write them in the comments so coaches can see, but to then be in the session and go back to look at previous notes discards the data and they lose the time they started as well as previous lifting notes

Agreed! Other platforms already offer this with simplicity to use. Trainerize really needs to step there game up before a new big player takes over!

Great idea! I'm all for it.
Especially special techniques like the last set where we want to do something like a burnout or a drop set additive would be great -

Specifically -- Reps in Reserve (RIR), is absolutely crucial.
This of course needs to be incorporated in the E1RM and other Rep Max calculations on the progress page.
Bonus points to have the option of labeling this new field (RPE) -- as many folks like that terminology for rating their sets. -

Very critical as well, now i have to add new excercises with "Dropset" in the title for my clients to notice this. Myo-reps/Rest-pause sets would be a great addition as well. (option to change rest time of individual sets)

This definitely needs to be added, a lot of my clients have been mentioning that they wish to be able to write it in, but it’s not a feature yet… Definitely at the top of my vote list

I’d like to be able to add drop sets (which clearly mark it as a drop set). When using the app training a client with a pre made workout, it would be nice to add a drop set mid session if we wanted to add it in, as at the moment it just ads another set.

Sometimes clients start out using one weight and then reduce it part-way through. It would be good for them to be able to track their progress that way if they need to.

I think this is self explanatory.

When I recommend a drops set or a Myo rep, the user cannot add multiple weight or reps. The next week they can’t see what weight they used.
Thanks for listening

when a client is struggling on say the 3rd set of an exercise, say they don't hit the rep range of 10, they instead have to rest briefly at 6, and then finish the last 4 after a few seconds rest.
I don't want that last 4 reps written as a separate set, but there is no function on the app for a client to record their reps as:
3sets x 100kg x 6,4
There is no way to record a comma in the rep range box.
