Second email confirmation
Add a second email address box for clients when they are setting up their profile to help avoid invalid email addresses from being entered. Upon setup, new clients would have to enter their email address twice to ensure they both match. Better customer experience and would ensure that welcome email gets sent to correct address along with embedded forms

Combine duplicate accounts
When a client has created a profile before adding a form a payment, when they later setup a payment for a plan they are prompted to "create a login." It seems most of my clients default to creating a new login when they have already completed a consultation, logged initial metrics and even have workouts/goals in another account. The result is a new account that houses only their payment info and an old account with all of their information. It would be awesome to be able to manually combine accounts to combine the payment with the info or to remove…

Be able to add or drop certain screens during the account setup process
Not make clients enter their weight and making sure none of the pre-programmed plans have language or focus about/on burning calories and losing weight.
For habits coaching, for example, I don't care about weight etc.
For nutrition coaching habits, for example, it would make sense I would collect more information like weight loss goals, current weight etc.

Date stamp for consultation form
We would like to have a date and time stamp on when clients fill out the trainerize consult form.

Customizable Role Permissions (sales, receptions, kinesiologist)
Allowing the ability to customize the specific permissions allowed for each staff member, rather than it being a blanket "Role" assigned with predetermined access. This would be super helpful for certain trainers, sale people, etc to have access just to what we want to permit!

Ability to add more results to body stat
I'd like to add more than just body fat, weight and water if possible. It would be great to include metabolism, BMI, body water percentage, muscle mass etc. Maybe a customizable field for adding your own result would be best. Thanks

Biweekly accountability forms with questionnaire with YES/NO/ boxes for open ended answers
This was great which I did on Mypthub and worked well as an accountability form which I liked to do fortnightly with clients.

Clients should be able to set goals through app so trainers can customize around it
Clients goals will change along the way, it’s great to set goals with a trainer but clients will change their minds along the way and should be able to set them, and trainers should customize programs along side with those goals personally set by clients themselves

The ability to customize Auto Client Tags
Could we please have access to customize the triggers for auto-tags, or at least create our own auto-tags? Some of my clients need attention every couple of days, and more frequent auto-tags would be very helpful.
Some of the tags are very late to the party.

option to generate temporary password for clients.
Clients face a lot of issues because of emails and spam thing from gmail. We have to hire a separate person to help client onboard. Almost 100% times email goes to spam folder and then they have issues resetting their passwords. I noticed this feature in one of the app called ptminder. it would be really cool if we can have an option to generate a temporary password and give it to the client so they can login and start using without getting into this email and password reset hassle.

The ability to search a tag and filter clients with that tag but also filter clients without that tag

show girth measurements on dash
On the dash it would be awesome to see a -1" or +2" for girth measurements on the dash to help motivate client.

Create a proper Fitness Testing Battery
I think, we should have a proper fitness testing Battery.
Like 1RM strength test, Endurance test, Flexibility test, Core Endurance etc. Even we should have outdoor test facility as well like.. 60 metre sprint test, Beep Test.
Also these test should reflect in their progress as well so that they can compare themselves.Thanks

There used to be daily email notifications for clients and now they are gone. I would like to get them back and be able to enable/disable what clients get them.
