Multiple Graphs to examine any trend over time (RPE + Performance or Sleep + RPE etc)
In the progress area of the Trainer's software there could be an option for multiple graphs. There would be the option for toggling information from multiple categories (Nutrition, Exercises, Sleep etc.). That would be extremely useful for trainers to see how certain variables such as sleep affect general parameters such as rpe of workout or specific parameters such as the performance of a given exercise.

Allow clients to choose for autposts of workouts on/off
Give clients in groups the option to choose if there workouts are auto posted or not ...

Clients self pause subscription
If a client goes on vacation, they should be able to self-pause their subscription without having to contact us to do it.

Separate Auto Messaging to my clients that do nutritional coaching with me and ones that workout with me.
I have two types of clients, one that do nutritional coaching and others that do workouts and some that do both. It would be great to be able to have separate auto messaging for each category based on the tag perhaps.

Option to personalise an activity
Whilst there is a "general" activity option available should your chosen activity not be one of the pre-sets, it would be an enhancement if when choosing "general", you had the possibility of renaming the activity.

Calculate total weight lifted during a workout
I personally use an app called Strong for my training, which tells me the total weight I have lifted during my workout. I put a photo of this on Instagram and a few of my clients were asking if the trainerize app does this as they would like to know. From my experience, a lot of people like to know the total weight they have lifted.

A large space to write notes on that client (like a google doc).
Possibly have it as an additional tab when you are on that clients profile so you dont have to keep switching back and forth between trainerize and google docs!

Smaller spacing within interface
UI is very spaced out - reducing the spacing between each line in a program (desktop and mobile) would make it easier to view and more professional looking.

Steps on Calendar!
Being able to see the steps on the calendar the same way you can see calories on the calendar (instead of having to go into progress)

Add more body weight exercises
During COVID 19 can you add more body weight and/or pilates type exercises. Clients have limited equipment at home.Im spending hours adding youtube videos that take clients AWAY from Trainerize site.

Notes for movements
in the section for scoring GPS movement assessments, there should be a section for each assessment to include freely taken notes
there should also be a section with every exercise in a given workout, for any given program, to freely take notes
This is on top of a whole separate note taking section to keep things organized for specific needs

Allow message notifications only for certain client types, not all
Is it possible to setup push notifications on mobile to be notified for specific clients in particular and turn off others.
I still want 2 way communication but don’t want my phone lighting up for everyone as my volume increases.

merge exercises
Im sure I am not the only one who has created an exercise more than once with a slightly different name, or used the trainerize exercise and then created my own. The problem with this is that if you ever switch to "the other exercise" you lose the statsfor that exercise and have to start over. It'd be great to have a MERGE option to allow stats to cross over between stats.

Program pay at time of purchase, start program on specific day of the week
It would be nice if the client would be charged the day they click purchase and not on the program start day. eg - if they purchase Wed but program starts on a Monday it messes up the program's days of the week. And have the option to add-on pre-programmed workouts that automatically load to their training program until the main program starts 'next ***'.

Add the possibility to change rest time in the progression spreadsheet
Rest time between exercises do no appear on the progression spreadsheet, so if a want to program less rest time between sets on a perioditation it’s harder

PRINT
We need to have an option for clients to print workouts that includes the REP SCHEMES DESIGNATED. The ability to print right now only gives the exercise then the number of sets, but no instructions from the reps or rest columns. They should be able to print something that has everything they need to do their workout (aside from videos obviously) because not everyone likes carrying their phone with them everywhere in the gym.

ability to set or schedule future nutrition goals and see past nutrition goals
I would love to be able to create a 'new' nutrition goal rather than editing it. Also I'll like to be able to schedule future nutrition goal for nutrition phases and pre-planning of their macros.
I would like to be able to see what we've done in the past as I don't set goals based on % of macros so when the client is losing weight, the calories and grams of each nutrient changes. I would like to be able to still see past goals for comparison and change over time.
