We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. The ability to quickly see previous sets/reps/loads for an exercise, within a workout

    During a workout - clicking on an exercise to see what reps/load you achieved in that exercise in previous workouts.

    This is very motivating, knowing exactly how many reps you got before and what to aim for this time.

    I use my own algorithms to determine client %'s based on Relative Intensity and would love to be able to use these on this platform to pre determine and easily change a clients % of weight lifted for the day, set, rep

  3. Hover to see clients previous weights when building a workout

    When creating a workout it would be nice to be able to see how much the client was lifting the last time they performed this exercise without having to go into previous programs and find the answer.

    For example, If I put bench press into the workout maybe an info icon could appear and I simply hover over it to see the last few times they were done to help with picking starting weights for the new workout.

  5. Ability for clients to buy add ons in one transaction when buying main program. Currently two transactions are required.

    Trainerize pay doesnt havent the ability to buy multiple products in one transaction. Such a basket feature. It would be better to have one transaction where they can purchase add ons in one transaction.

  6. Personalized milestone notifications

    I'd like the ability to record a video that links to a milestone. e.g. it would be simple but "Congratulations, you just hit a ____ milestone. Way to put in the work." I've worked with clients face to face for 15 years, and they have constantly expressed how important it is that they see ME associated with this program. Any way we can add those touches is so helpful.

  7. Printer friendly version of clients workouts

    I have some older clients that are a bit resistant to using the app on its own. They would like me to be able to print the program as well then go back and track it after. The print version of the programs has the play symbol on top of the picture. It’s not very appealing.

  8. In an Interval type workout, being able to enter the amount of reps performed during the REST

    Currently, in order to document and report the amount of reps during an Interval rate I can only do it after the workout is done, and who can remember while putting it all out. The documentation is important to see improvement from workout to workout.
    It'll make it easier to report if during the REST part of the interval workout you can enter the amount of reps.

    Adding the ability to text and email clients would be useful. And allowing these to be set up via the calendar to automate with a program would be great.

  12. Cardio machine workouts with resistance and pace settings

    The ability to make a cardio work out with machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower, stair climber etc.) and set pace, heart rate, resistance, and elevation with time blocking. ie. 5min warm up at 50% heart rate at resistance 3 elevation 1, followed up with a 2 min 70% heart rate at resistance 6 elevation 3, next up a 30sec sprint at 90% heart rate at resistance 9 and elevation 3, so on and so forth.

  13. More in-person training adjustments

    A way for trainers to have a single compact screen for in-person session use so you can quickly just enter something like 3x12x15 instead of having to input data for every single set. Also a way to add workouts to client profiles that only the trainer can see/use, for in person training use as well.

  17. More combo movements like squat and punch

    Please add your specific exercises to the comments, with any youtube videos. That will help us execute on this idea if we have specific exercises we can execute on.

  19. Nutrition Automation

    automation for products that creates nutritional targets?

    Settings a trainer would have to choose:
    protein intake: X gr per KG body weight or a percentage.
    fat intake: percentage or available cals
    carb intake: total gr, percentage or available cals
    surplus/deficit: in percentages, -5%, 0% +5% etc.
    Choose 2, and Trz calculates the third automatically based on total calories.

    Then the trainer can adjust afterwards if needed, or part of the provided service.
