We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    I have created custom recipes for my clients, but when their meal plan is automatically generated by the meal planner and I try to replace the recipes, my custom recipes cannot be found in the library

    Ability to custom grams of each macronutrient rather than doing it by suggested procentage. Also it would be great to add LOW FODMAP and Halal options.

    Have the ability to add custom activities that clients may participate in but aren't already included. For example some that are not included: kickboxing, MMA, jiu jitsu, rock climbing, etc

    This would be the most impactful positive change that you can implement in the app for the all spanish-users. Not the other trillion things that you guys are adding in the app. Anyways good work.

  7. Have Multiple meal plans on one meal plan e.g 20% deficit and maintenance and 110% TDEE

    The current meal plan doesn't allow flexibility in diets and costs coaches more time in admin hours when they could be doing marketing or getting new leads. It is also frustrating because you can't focus on specific diets like front carb loading and isocaloric e.t.c. It would make more sense to have one menu where you can add multiple meal plans that are saved and don't have to be regenerated so the client can have their deficit meal plan of 80% TDEE and maintenance for diet breaks and then 110% TDEE for building phases.   8. A feature to track fasting (timing of eating food). Similar to the app Fastik

    A feature where you can start and stop your eating window, which measures how long the fast is and what takes place during those hours of your fasting window. Have been using the app Fastik and it would be great to either have an integration or these features within Trainerize.

  9. Add auto save or button SAVE after completing a set or exercice

    I believe it’s really important to add a save button right after completing an exercise or implement an automatic data-saving system (using cookies or another method) as soon as the user enters data.

    Currently, if we accidentally go back from the "SESSION IN PROGRESS" page (where we input reps and weight during an exercise) to the previous "EXERCISE OVERVIEW" page, all the entered data is lost. This actually happened to me once, and I was really disappointed to see that my data wasn’t automatically saved. I was hoping to find it when I clicked back into the session, but everything…

  11. Too many variations in the ingredients each week, simplify it.

    The amount of ingredients you need to buy each week for the meals is way too much. It makes it very hard for people to prep their meals and shop for them. While having some variations is good, too many makes it too hard to shop for, budget for, and prepare for.

    This then leads to people just giving up.

    Keep meals similar to a point.

  13. Why Aren't Polls a Thing?

    Getting a feel for what your consumer needs is necessary. How are polls not already integrated into the system? It's essentially what this suggestion box I am typing into is- see what people want in the easist way possible. How is that not something we can do?

    There needs to be an "Education" section or portal that is separate from workouts. Clients need to be able to refer to videos uploaded by the trainer for basic education for true remote coaching. This is already available on other apps and if not added makes Trainerize fall behind the competition

  15. Can I have two Apple IDs on one iPhone?

    Yes, you can have two Apple IDs on one iPhone, but with some limitations. While you can only use one Apple ID for iCloud services like backups, Find My iPhone, and iMessage, you can sign in with a different Apple ID for the App Store, iTunes, and Apple Music. This is useful if you have separate Apple IDs for personal and work use. If you need a second account, you can create new apple id through the Settings app. However, managing multiple Apple IDs can be tricky, as purchases and subscriptions are tied to the account used at checkout.

    when people subscribe app... have possibility to set a different form entry when they download the app. Not same for all.

  17. Area for notes while training for client. For things like seat positions added bands etc.

    I have people use there app while I train them in person. Everyone is different heights and sizes so positioning of body seat height etc. can be different for each person. If there could be a spot for us to put a not in while there app is started and training it would be greatly convenient and beneficial

  18. Ability to turn on/off clients being able to leave comment on a workout

    For those that do not do custom programming and have more generic programs for clients, it would be nice to turn off the ability for clients to leave a comment. Some ask questions there and expect a coach to respond.

    Weekly Workout Builder
    Have a weekly overview option when building out a workout program.

    Would make building custom programs much more manageable.

    As of now I’m having to build in excel first to be able to see my weekly overview without having to toggle back and forth through the workouts.

  20. what about choclate and "fatty" snacks?

    what about the option to add ice cream and chocolates? for example, snack: 1 scoop of ice cream and 25G of chips up to 250 cal?
    something like that so the plan will not be strict for ever.
