Ability to label sections or blocks for each workout such as warmup, strength, assistance, skills, mobility, cool down, etc.
Currently there is no distinction between areas/sections of the workout such as warmup, movement prep, strength, assistance, met-con, skills, cool down, mobility/stretching, etc.
It would be great to have the sections labeled or the ability to create a custom area/section.
It would also be great to have templates for each area/section that could be saved and easily placed into the other workouts
For Example:
Warmup:
Rower @ 5 minutes
Movement Prep:
2 Rounds
10 Air Squats
10 Leg Swings
10 KB Swings
10 Lateral Lunges
Strength:
Back Squat 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75%
Assistance:
4 Rounds
10 KB Split Squat
10 KB RDL
Stretch/Mobility:
Foam Roll @ 2 min
Couch Stretch @ 1 min

add warm up to beginning of workout without counting the exercises as exercises in the workout

You can create your own warm up and cool downs with the workout feature. Don’t see a need for this. If anything, add a separate tab for warm ups under the “add workout.”

Agree - I’d like to be able to create and save warm-up templates to add to workouts, instead of adding individual exercises to the beginning of a workout.

I currently add a warm-up as it's own workout. Clients will get a box to check off their warm-up then another for the workout. I would prefer to have it all in one workout with a divider.

Hello! I wanted to reach out and ask if it would be possible to segment the programs section so that it could be organized into section for warm ups, workouts, stretches, etc? Each section would then click into the different workouts for that section, a way to give client an array of workouts/stretches/warmups within their section without bogging them down with a large list of workouts they have to scroll through and keeping it easy to find. I was also wondering if we could add exercises to the cardio section as well or if we can create our own cardio section for our clients as well?? Thank you and look forward to hearing back!

I include warm up sequencing into all my workouts. It is simply part A. Take photos or film yourself performing suggested warm ups. Easy!

Allow use of Category Labels inside of Workout Builder to better separate and group exercises. For example a dropdown feature for 1)Warm--up/Stretching 2)Strength 3)Cardio/Conditioning 4)Abs/Core 5)Cool-down/Stretching above group of exercises. Then a client can distinguish between the different parts of the entire workout. Also, the format of the workout question ("Regular", "Circuit", or "Interval") should be used within the Workout Builder and not when it is initially being built. Then the admin can have "regular", "circuit", and "interval" groupings all within one workout.

A separate section would definitely be helpful to separate it from the workouts, so that new clients don't get overwhelmed with seeing too many exercises in the 'workout' for the day, and can wrap their head around each individual piece

This is a glaring hole in what is otherwise a really solid training app!

It would be great to have a variety of warm-up and cool down/stretching sequences to add before and after the workout. Some clients have no idea how to do either. It would be very helpful.

This is under review for more than a year. It's seems very deceiving. Don't make the status under review when it's clearly not.

I was going to post something similar to this. I would like the ability to create protocols and then insert them in to different training sessions for each client. For example:
Shoulder Strength protocol:
Dumbbell front raise 0-90
Dumbbell lateral raise 0-90
Dumbbell single arm shoulder pressor
Ladders protocol:
Forwards
Side step
Lateral stepI would commonly group these exercises together when prescribing. I could then create multiple protocols with their progressions and this would save me having to drag and drop each individual exercise each time.
