I like to use tempo (in addition to rest, sets and reps) have a column to add the tempo of the exercise

Tempos are amazing. You can add that in with reps.
Example:
15 reps- 1:5:0 tempo/ 100 poundsI do this already.

Add a column after sets and target that has tempo listed in conventional format of ___:___:___:___

Please add a "tempo" column into the exercises where sets and reps are. This way it will look cleaner and easier to let explain what tempo per exercise.
