We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Remove ABC club number from the class roster location name

    The location's now display "##### Club Name". That number is meaningless to our members and doesn't need to be member-facing.

  2. Allow alloy members to add shortcut links to app

    Alloy members do not get an option to add links to the CBA. No Custom Branded App drop-down menu via Add-ons.

  3. Trouble shooting guide

    As instructors, we find that although the desktop version of our website is correct for class enrollments, the app lags behind. This often results in classes being over booked. We also noticed that some classes listed on the desktop do not appear or update in the app. We would like to know if there is a FAQ or User Manual for the F19 app specific to GX

  5. Ability for Trainers to Verify and Complete events through app

    Allow trainers to verify events through the app so they get marked auto-completed in DT. Currently, members can manually check-in and verify to events through the app but not trainers.

  6. Auto-refresh the apps dashboard whenever navigating back to it

    If you change clubs in the app the Home screen should auto refresh to the club they have chosen. Currently it does not do this unless they manually refresh and this can cause confusion.
    not currently a good member experience. it should also say what club they are in on the Home Screen.

  7. Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off

    Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off.
    We should not have a feature that encourages members to NOT use the app. We want to push people to the APP not away from it.
    by having the wallet feature will make members use the APP less frequently.

  8. Error Message Suggestion

    When a staff member uses their email address for their member and staff accounts if they are instructors for a class and a member attempts to book, they get the following error message

    "Unable to book the class - ABC Email address staffemailaddress@email.com(example) already in use by another user."

    Please remove the email address from being displayed for security reasons or the staff member's email will be visible to all members attempting to book.

  9. Announcement URL Behavior Change

    Currently, when we add an announcement with the setting "Open a webpage", it will automatically take the user to the webpage when they click on the announcement notification.

    Please change the behavior so that when the user taps on the notification, it opens the app for the user to read and then decide if they want to go ahead and access the webpage.

  10. Request to change the error message "The payment has been declined"

    If a member is expired, the error should indicate such.

    Telling a member their payment was “declined” in today's world causes them stress/anxiety thinking they were hacked, or there is a problem with their payment cards. This is especially a problem for us when we are the “new” billing/software company taking over a club's members. I think we would all agree that is not in line with the experience we want to project, and perhaps is something we can have addressed in a future patch?   12. Auto-build a program where clients specify equipments/days available to workout

    Save the gym operator time instead of having their trainers having to build beginner workouts so clients can self-service.

  14. Allow the client access permission to be toggled

    Give Owner/Admin the ability to toggle Client Access depending on the team member role.

    For example, have the ability to toggle a setting to allow the Shared Trainer role to access all clients not just assigned locations.

  15. Ability to group locations into regions / state

    Ability to group clubs like Seattle, Tacoma into Washington state.
    Or multiple states into a group like "Northwest"

  16. Customer Service Email on the APP

    The contact email in the APP engagementhelp@abcfitness.com can be confusing to members, quite a few members email into this email to freeze or cancel or dispute payments etc. Can something be added that says: This email is ONLY intended to research, troubleshoot, and escalate app problems that are being presented to members/clients. Do not use this contact for any membership changes or concerns.

  17. Remove the ability to add workouts

    • Clients/members SHOULDN'T be allowed to add workouts and programming by clicking on the + Add workout button. This would be a big deterrent to our program.

  20. Hide Enrollment Numbers

    I have a few classes that are new at a new location. I have a few members that are being discouraged from enrolling in a class if they see 2/50 enrolled.

    Enrollment numbers may be both a detractor and an attractor for a class. The best approach would be to hide the class attendance for classes under a certain percentage and show the attendance for classes over a certain percentage. We are considering this for future enhancement.
