This is a great idea, great for the coach to give feed back. Also for a group coaching point of view it would be good if there was a option to for them to have it posted into the group msg so fellow members could give constructive feedback to as well as the coach.

I totally agree, I just just basically uploaded the same idea.
Ref; - Title:Enhanced Progress Tracking with Video Upload Feature
Summary:Inspired by a feature on the "True Coach" platform, our app introduces a convenient way for clients to track progress. Alongside recording reps and sets, clients can now upload workout videos, enabling trainers to provide personalized feedback on technique. These videos are securely stored within the app, allowing for easy access and reference.
Detailed Information:
- Similar to the "True Coach" platform, clients can now upload workout videos during their sessions.
- Trainers can utilize these videos to observe clients' technique and provide tailored feedback for improvement.
- The uploaded videos are linked to specific workouts, facilitating easy reference for both clients and trainers.
ie . Clients can easily add 2 minute videos of their movements for form assessment. Within the program it self, so let’s say it got 3x10 squats then there be an option to upload a short clip there and then.
- Trainers could use these recordings to provide accurate feedback if working 121, while clients can compare their progress over time.
- Adding videosis seamlessly integrated into the app.
- coachs then have the option to link these clips automatically to share recordings in the group chat for community feedback and support as well. Plus client giving them the option to opt out.- This feature seamlessly integrates into the app's existing interface, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Benefits:
Enhanced Feedback:Trainers can provide more comprehensive feedback by visually assessing clients' technique through uploaded videos.
Improved Progress Tracking:Clients can track their progress more effectively by documenting their workouts with videos, enhancing accountability and motivation.
Convenient Reference:The ability to tie videos to specific workouts allows for easy reference and review, aiding in long-term progress tracking and goal setting.
User-Friendly Experience:The seamless integration of video upload features enhances the app's usability, making it more convenient for clients to utilize.Luke Andreas Epaminondas supported this idea ·

I just found this after posting something similar. I totally agree with you said.
Just to add to yours: here is what I put: Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions
One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.
To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise.
For example:
• If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
• If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations.
How it would help:
• Instead of clients randomly picking a different exercise (which might not fit the program properly), they would get clear, coach-approved options.
• Helps clients stay on track with the right intensity level for their ability.
• Improves coaching quality and trust, while making the app feel even more supportive and personalised.
Business benefits:
• Adds real value for both coaches and users.
• Creates a smarter, more professional training experience.
• Makes the app stand out by offering guidance where others just offer basic substitutions.
This feature would make a massive difference, especially for beginners or anyone working through strength and skill development. Also to be part of the standard package you sell, no add on fees.Luke Andreas Epaminondas supported this idea ·

Quick Pre-Session Questionnaire
It would be great to add a simple questionnaire for users to quickly complete before each session, with all their answers locked and stored for later review.
How it could work:
• Keep it super short and easy: answers could be selected with just one click or a slider (e.g., rating between 1–5).
• Designed to take no more than 10 seconds to complete, keeping it quick and non-intrusive.
Example questions could include:
• How was your sleep quality last night?
• How are you feeling today?
• What’s your energy level like?
• Did you hit your step goal yesterday?
• (Other options depending on the coach’s needs.)
There could be a bank of 10 possible questions, but the system would only ask up to 3 questions at a time — keeping it fast and not overwhelming the user.
Why it would help:
• Gives coaches better insights into how clients are feeling, recovering, and performing over time.
• Helps track patterns and spot issues (like poor sleep affecting sessions, or dips in energy and performance).
• Provides real, measurable data that can guide programming decisions and adjustments.
• Allows clients to reflect and take more ownership of their own consistency and habits.
Business Benefits:
• Makes the app feel even more supportive and personalised.
• Adds another layer of professional coaching value.
• Could become a key feature that helps coaches retain clients by showing deeper care and insight.
This kind of quick feedback loop would not only improve the coaching experience, but also create another strong reason for clients and coaches to keep using the platform long-term. This should be part of the standard app payments you provide to coaches, no add on fees. So all users befits
