Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Custom Time Intervals (Interval Workouts)

    Interval App Timer Needs Finer Adjustments

    The current times available jump from 2 min to 5 min to 10 min

    This makes progression for HIIT style training difficult, when attempting to add 10 sec to a work interval, or take 10 sec away from a rest interval.

    For example, 2:10 sec Work, 4:50 sec rest, etc.

    Currently, the only solution is to write the workout as a regular style workout, and have the clients download and use a separate interval timer app, which takes away from the "custom app" experience

  2. Copy Ingredients to Food Tracker not Entire Recipe from Discover Options

    At the moment, when someone selects a Meal/Recipe option from the Discover Tab to add to their Food Journal, the entire meal/recipe is copied as a single item and people can't do any changes to the ingredients in that meal/recipe.

    It would be more flexible to just have the option to copy the ingredients in the quantities mentioned in the recipe so that people can then change ingredients or quantities as needed.

    I hope I have made a clear point 😄.

  3. Allow calanders to be synced to Outlook / Office 365

    Its really awesome you can sync your calander with iSO and Google Calander, but it would be great if you could also sync it to your outlook calander.

  4. Meal Plan Macro Split of 20% protein, 80% carbs, 10% fats

    Protein and fats don´t need to be that high. Need much more carbs :)

  6. When you click on a workout from your program, there should be an average rated RPE calculated based on everyone that's completed it

    I feel like this could help trainers decide if certain workouts need to be revised in their program based on eveyone's feedback who has completed it. And you can get a good idea if your wokrouts are on target with your average client.

  7. Have a seperate photo section in groups like files section

    It would be nice to have a photo grid within a photo section of groups, just as there is for PDF files. This way, clients can easily navigate back to photos shared in a group. Similar to whatsapp or facebook messenger.

  8. Add waist measurement as tile to dashboard.

    I think it would be helpful to add a tile for WAIST MEASURMENT under the MY PROGRESS tab. I am teaching my clients not to obsess over the scale, so I use their waist measurements for check-ins, rather than their weight. I only have them weigh-in once a month. I think it would be helpful to add this there so I can find it faster than clicking on the biometrics to find it.

  9. A scheduled deactivation

    Right now we have to manually go in and deactivate clients after their program is over when they don't finish it out. Usually they give 30 days notice so we have to remember after 30 days. It'd be awesome if we could just schedule a deactivation for a specific date so that it would do it automatically.

  11. Exporting Workouts/Programs to PDF

    Can we please have someone spend a bit of time rehashing the PDF export for the workouts? Every time I export my workouts to a PDF, I have to put them through Google Sheets first, so that when printed they line up a bit nicer, and look like some thought has gone into the formatting.

    Specifically;

    (1) It would be really great if the printouts were such a size that the average person's handwriting would actually fit in the boxes,
    (2) Furthermore to this, if I've spent the time to go through and edit all the workouts in the spreadsheet…

  12. Fix navigation in master workouts

    Every time I click back on master workouts it goes back to the main menu by name. Even if I filter them by date changed or designed, when I click back it just goes back to default list of workouts sorted by name instead of the previous screen you were on.

  13. Update/ Improve photo comparison editor

    When exporting photos and posting comparison photos to discuss with clients to showcase progression. I feel the feature needs upgrading when exporting a comparison photos, please make it easier, not only that once exported it will look more professional. ( even as an addition if the Personal Trainer has purchase branding it could possibly be exported with their branded logo on the comparison photo).

    just as an example a before and after photos are selected, a grid should be accessible to line both photos up so that they both align correctly then you should be able to export them if…

  14. Allow for audio only appointments.

    Allow for clients to book a strictly phone call appointment. Some of our clients are at work when we speak to them and video call is not an option for them.

  16. Manually log macros without tracking food

    Allow clients to manually log their calorie and macro intake. I have several clients who already use a macro tracker besides MyFitnessPal or FitBit that they really like and don't want to start over in the app.

  19. Incorporate intermittent fasting into Smart Meal Plan

    Right now, three meals per day is the minimum for the Smart Meal Plan feature. Some clients undergo intermittent fasting where they have their total amount of calories for the day divided into two meals. It would be helpful to accommodate those clients and allow them to have a smart meal plan by having the minimum amount of meals shifted to two and to incorporate higher caloric meals into the mix.

  20. Show more than than 6 clients, Better/More Efficient to scroll and view all clients.

    The current way of having to click the numbers to access different clients is a complete waste of time. TrueCoach and CoachRX just for example allow you to just scroll through them all without having to access multiple pages. That and you only allow 6 per page is also a waste. Please update this as it's so annoying and time consuming and isn't something that would be that hard to transition to.
