This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. We need to be able to build phases of a programme that are different durations. EG phase of 8 weeks, intensification phase of 4 weeks

    We need to be able to build phases of a program that are different durations. EG an accumulation phase of 8 weeks, followed by an intensification phase of 4 weeks. Can currently only create phases of the same length of time

    The same calendar visibility for a master program as when you are looking at one single clients calendar.

  6. Highlight when sets are added via the 'add set' button

    There are a lot of people asking for an option to delete sets when they're added by accidentally bumping the 'add set' button (multiple suggestions and upvotes).

    It looks like the PM, Trevor, suggests just leaving it blank as it won't be saved. I guess this is fine, although it's a bit annoying if you bump the button a couple of times and just have to scroll past like a couple of extra added super sets.

    My main concern is that if I bump the 'add sets' button, which is really easy to do, I don't know if I've accidentally…

    there should be an option to edit the "meal plan" title. not every coach wants to give meal plans, but more of a meal library/ guide.

  8. I believe it would be helpful if there was an additional scheduling option that could allow a trainer to schedule non training hours

    I would like to schedule in my work hours on my calendar that are non training times for programming or work at the gym and have it visible from the same platform I'm viewing my booked sessions

  9. Auto-fill sets and reps when building workout

    When you add the sets and rep targets on the first exercise, automatically use these targets for the next exercises you add to the workout. For example if I am creating 5 sets, with a target of 5 reps for 'Leg press', when I add Bench press I would like it to now automatically apply the same sets and target.

  11. Allow owners to "park" trainers that leave their team.

    Once a trainer leaves, owners should be able to park them, removing their access, but allowing the clients to still have access to their conversation history, so they don't lose information.

  12. Be able to put packages in the or order of our choice instead of alphabetical order

    Should be an option where you’re able to change around the order of your products so that way it looks presentable on your website instead of it being in alphabetical order. That way it can be any name you would like it to be.

  13. Fix how links display in the chat. Why do links to example loom or typeform, display as an ad?

    When I post a link in the chat, for example, a loom, typeform, etc, it pops up as a big ad.
    Pleases fix this to display the way these links display in text, social media dms etc.
    It's frustrating that I need to send these links to their email rather than in the chat so it displays betters.

  15. A photo folder in the messages chat

    It would be awesome if like "messenger" there is a way to see all photos a client posts in the chat in a little folder. My clients use photos/videos in chat a lot and it would be awesome to not have to scroll through the messages to find them all the time. I often move my clients onto WhatsAPP for photos and video management, but I would love to be able to do all this in the app. I also get stuck with the 60 sec max video sharing, as I often do coaching vids that are longer than 60…

  18. The ability to slow down a video that is sent to us by our clients

    Other apps have the feature where if a client sends you a video of an exercise they are doing you could slow down the video to various speeds. I think this is really important because you can pick up on compensations when observing how a client is moving by slowing a video down. This can be hard to tell in person or by video in real time. But if my client were to send me a recorded video of an exercise s/he is doing and when I receive it I can slow it down... I will be able to pick…

  19. You NEED to give us a 5 meal per day option for a 1,300 calorie per day total. This is how almost all my clients eat and I can’t use yours.

    Please add an option to have 5 meals per day for a total of 1,300 calories per day. This is how most people eat. Three main meals and two snacks that total 1,300 calories. Currently your lowest total is 1,400 for only 3 meals. Please add some more lower calorie balanced meals. Please please please.

  20. Adding your own Recipes and being able to SAVE that custom meal plan

    Adding your own Recipes and being able to SAVE that custom meal plan

    I have my own 60-second recipe videos, and would like for my clients to see them in their meal plan

    But it takes too much time adding them all one-by-one by swapping out the TZ generated meal plans

    It would be awesome if you can 'create' your own meal plan and save it for future use. Then you can simply apply similar meal plans (while using your favorite recipes each time)
