A key to this would allow social proof. Making a part of it easily sharable or something we could save and post to our instagram stories, fb page or groups. It would be amazing to add a sharable feature to "Client x just completed their 100th workout" Give me a screen with their name and profile pic that I can screen shot and post.

Yes, this would be great!
Also if the client completed the task or did not. So this way the trainer can see if they:
A.) Completed the habit
B.) Did not complete the habit
C.) Didn’t even look at the habit that day (unmarked) -

Needs to be customizable and be able to assign if you want it daily or weekly. So basically just a custom check in form! Please vote for that here: http://ideas.trainerize.com/forums/167887-feature-requests-ideas-and-suggestions/suggestions/34832734-sending-weekly-check-in-forms-clients-have-to-fill

Would be nice if trainerize would add an option for clients to write notes from that completed day. Like answering the questions like... ''What were your struggles today?'' , ''Do you need any help with anything?'' or questions about the habits that they had to do during that day or week (if they have habit based coaching from their coach)?

There should be a way to track the clients percieved stresslevels in the 'progress' board, just like other measurements. Maybe with a score from 1-10.

For coaches who like more data not less, it would be amazing to have valuable information available on a data dashboard. I personally do metabolic testing and I would love to be able to track how the clients metabolism (RMR) has been affected over time. Graphing of ones energy, hunger, cravings, mood, sleep, and water consumption. Most of these could be entered daily by client on an easy 1-10 scale outside of water and sleep which you would just enter oz and hours. Having all of this information shown on graphs and simple entry would give us as coaches a lot of feedback information and allow us to make changes based on up to date information. Finally, it would be so valuable to be able to prescribe diets with daily caloric intake for several weeks ahead of time. Ideally it would allow you to make changes in calories so you could provide a zig zag caloric approach, or even add fasting or time restricted eating days. I would personally love to be able to pre build a few weeks of certain macro's and test how the clients bio scores, let's say low fat looked in comparison to low carb. Seeing what is and isn't working for clients is how to really set them up for success. Not every client wants to lose weight, so having the ability to make assessments based on valuable markers would change the game.

I would agree except I would add Energy, hunger, cravings and make them all on a scale of 1-10 so you can assess the body's reaction overtime to specifics that you prescribe. Data is king and it would be great for us to have the ability to select which items we would like to utilize and leave out others that we personally don't want to use. We need some customization to the programs abilities and functions.

I feel this idea is very very good because it can help us help our clients change behaviors & understand the real reasons why clients are missing on goals (workouts, nutrition, water intake etc)

I use Google docs for this with a biofeedback questionnaire.

I would also suggest pulling this info for fitbit users as it is already available :)

I would like to be able to assign clients the daily task of logging their total hours in bed, fatigue level from 1-5 and hunger level from 1-5, as well as exercise difficulty ratings for each exercise in the exercise-logging window.
This would make Trainerize my true one-stop solution. I currently need to use Google Sheets in conjunction with Trainerize in order to do this.

This form would be used before the clients completes their workout. It would subjectively measure their readiness for that workout and would allow us to compile readiness data over time. Questions would be simple and on some sort of yes or No, or a numeric scale like 1-5 how is your energy level, did you complete your habit, etc.

Opportunity to monitor athletes wellness by having a daily questionnaire that looks at areas such as sleep quality, soreness, energy levels, focus and concentration etc. Communications can then be made with the individual to help provide adaptations to the program on that day if the athlete feels over trained.
