When adding a cardii program can we set zones for that client then have the ability to make an step by step training session

I should be able to pick "running" or "rowing" and build out a HR interval workout by picking time and HR zone for that time.
The app should prompt the client as the HR protocols changes.
Also the timer should run in the background without locking.

For each cardio workout I have to write everything in. Sometimes a workout is more complex than just a time and speed. Sometimes I want a warm up, then a certain length and then intervals after that.

Hi,
Is there a way when I create a cardio program for example on a treadmill, the timer says the actual interval and not everytime treadmill?
For example it would say 3.5 mph with 2% (the actual interval) and not running.
I have to use another app called Seconds but my clients have to pay for the version where I send them the workouts. -

I would like to see more options, swimming, hiking, sports, etc. There are so many options I feel we are missing out here also would be great if we could create a cardio workout eg running, riding, swimming, rather than adding it one at a time

As others have noted, the ability to add and support cardio workouts and flexibility sessions seems to be lacking. I work with a lot of runners and create cardio workouts for them, but because of the way the system is set up I have to create an interval session or tempo run as a standard workout, which means it doesn't show up on the calendar or get counted as a cardio workout. It would be great if the system gave you the option so assign a workout a category such as "Strength" or "Cardio" or "Flexibility". Each category could have an assigned color, much like the body stats and workout do currently. This would give more flexibility to the trainer, communicate to the client more accurately what the workout is, and allow for more accurate tracking of workouts. Right now I have several half marathon runners who show very few completed cardio sessions because many of their cardio workouts get recorded under the ambiguous "workout" category.

Make compatible with Heart Rate monitors like iWatch, FitBit, others, so I can create personalized Heart Rate training cardio workouts.

When teaching new clients how to get conditioned a method of a run/walk interval is a great way for them to get started. Can this option please be added so we can tell them the interval cardio to perform vs just distance, time, etc

I am a personal trainer and group ex instructor, the majority of my classes and clients take my dance fitness classes. I also add a training aspect to their plans and I am constantly asked and requested to add more cardio options. Please add more.

I have some Triathletes on my books and I would like to be able to schedule a cycle for them at a specific tempo and add in so speed work or intervals - same goes for running. But when selecting cardio, all I have is a small space to write a complicated programme and I end up adding it on dropbox! Defeats the purpose of me purchasing the software!

Please ring back the cardio options and the ability to create our own cardio entries. I had things in there like "make-up day" or "wild card" or "DanceOut". What is in there now is too generic and we don't have the option to customize. Bah humbug on the new upgrade. : (
