This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Nutrition goal

    Can the nutrition goal be set in a way that I can put it on my home page instead of having to click on meals and then details to see my protein and calories? This is the main page that I use and it is frustrating to have to tap on so many things to get to it when it used to be the first thing I see on the app when I first opened it, if this could be made an option I would really appreciate it, thanks!

  12. Automation feature to restart group challenges

    The longest duration is 12 weeks and when it ends there is no update or option to restart the challenge, it would be extremely beneficial if there was an option at the end of the challenge to restart it!

  13. Show client their nutrition targets on the dashboard in new layout

    The new updated layout removed the nutrition target bars and remaining macros from a clients dashboard. This needs to be added back so clients can see their total nutrition at a glance on their main screen without having to log anything

  14. Remove number of members showing on group chat - new update

    With the new app lay out it now shows beneath the group name exactly how many clients / members are in each group! I think this is very unprofessional and not appropriate at all! This type of info does not need to be shares with clients as it is rather personal and basically gives an insight to our business income and earnings.

    Also I can see this being an issue if clients can see what they class as a high number of clients they may not feel they are getting that personal or one to one touch and then leave.

  15. IMPROVE workout builder’s Duplicate & Rest

    Please add ability to ADD REST or DUPLICATE to an EXACT SPOT instead of it being added at the very bottom and then having to be moved to its correct place. Plus, drag and drop is clunky - you have to get it just right to get it to scroll up to areas out of view. Expanding the workout window would help too.

  20. Show total weekly calorie intake, daily calorie average, and daily macro average in the nutrition center

    Show total weekly calorie intake, daily calorie average, and daily macro average in the nutrition center. You guys had this feature already but with a recent update it was removed. This is an extremely helpful tool. Otherwise we have to add up all of the calories ourselves and find the average for each individual client when we're doing check-in's. So if we could integrate that feature back into the nutrition center that would be amazing!
