When updating the class schedule clients receive a notification with each update. Can you create a way for an admin to toggle notifications off during this process?

Ability to change an exercise in program progression
Scheduling Program progressions requires you to create a COMPLETELY new workout if you want to change the exercise.
The app could instead provide the ability of the trainer to change the exercise in the next progression so that clients can track their stats properly without the trainer having to recreate the workout.
Ie if I have incline push ups and I know they can process to regular push ups, I’d like to be able to compose that without having to make a separate workout.

Update exercise library tags
Can the exercise library tags be updated - or the ability to add custom tags for our library? There's a couple missing. Such as isometric movements; core rotation and movement - there's only anti; we have hip and knee dominant but not wrist, shoulder, or ankle, which would be useful for mobility work. I'm sure there's more that escape me right now, it's usually when I'm trying to add an exercise or build a workout that I realise something's missing.

Be able to track things like:
- cold showers or plunges (time, temp)
- sauna (time, temp)

Intensity goal directly to the calendar
Trainers should be able to add an intensity goal to the session. With my athletes I use sRPE, which changes from session to session. It would be great if I could add this as a comment to each session in the calendar for my athletes to see.

meal planner templates for groups
Be able to create an in-app Meal Planner template for my groups!
I would like create standard weekly meal plans using the Meal Planner (being able to choose from my recipes or Trainerize recipes) and be able to apply those plans to groups.
Example: Transformation Week 1 Menu (and it would auto-populate the menu I've already created and apply it to all new clients)

A more user friendly timer for the workouts
I've only recently started using the app and a couple of clients have complained about the timer set up in the workouts. They have to manually start it every time they move onto a new exercise. Surely when a client starts a workout you should be able to flow through the workout without having to restart the timer. For example 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest and this continues through the whole workout unless they press pause.

let lead trainers add new members. We had that feature and now it's taken away. It just makes our job harder now.

Filter exercises by muscle groups when creating a workout
It would be nice if the trainer could filter the list of exercises when creating a new workout. That would make the progress much easier.

Ability to turn off voice messages for clients in DMs
I want to be able to turn on or off ability for individual or all clients to send voice messages in direct message (DMs). Right now both me and my client can send each other voice messages in DMs, and I dont want them to be able to send me voice message back as it slows me down.

Being able to see all previous workouts in one place to swipe through
I want to be able to click a clients workouts and be able to swipe through all of them in order. I have a lot of clients who aren't on a program and do WOD workouts a few times a month. I want to see what their recent sessions are without going tediously through the calendar. ALSO when building a workout it would be amazing to have this feature so we can see their previous workouts when writing new ones!

do not track
When checking do not track, the nutrition information should be removed from the client's dash so they still have access to the meal plan but aren't prompted to track. Also, it would be wonderful if I didn't have to regenerate the entire meal plan all over again just because I edited to change from track to do not track per the client's request to remove the nutritional information from the dash board/ things to do.

The ability to slow down a video that is sent to us by our clients
Other apps have the feature where if a client sends you a video of an exercise they are doing you could slow down the video to various speeds. I think this is really important because you can pick up on compensations when observing how a client is moving by slowing a video down. This can be hard to tell in person or by video in real time. But if my client were to send me a recorded video of an exercise s/he is doing and when I receive it I can slow it down... I will be able to pick…

Ability to PAUSE a clients program.
Need to be able to put a pause on a clients program. Say they are away from 2 weeks on vacation, ability to pause for the 2 weeks (or however long) then start back where they left off when they return.

You NEED to give us a 5 meal per day option for a 1,300 calorie per day total. This is how almost all my clients eat and I can’t use yours.
Please add an option to have 5 meals per day for a total of 1,300 calories per day. This is how most people eat. Three main meals and two snacks that total 1,300 calories. Currently your lowest total is 1,400 for only 3 meals. Please add some more lower calorie balanced meals. Please please please.

For meal planner, the ability to swap a meal for a meal that the coach can create would be super beneficial

I need an option of 5 meals and 1,200 calories.
I need my clients to eat more often so 3 meals and 2 snacks works but there is no option to generate that, Also, the lowest calorie optionis 1,400 which is too high for some small clients

Allow us to copy and schedule a previous Workout of the Day into a main program
Sometimes you'll create a Workout of the Day that turns out to be a gem. It would be handy if I could simply import that workout into a training program but right now, I need to re-build that workout from scratch. It won't even let me re-schedule that workout for the same client so that we can repeat the workout.
