Allow for decimal places to be used for macros in food items
Currently the system will round up macros to the nearest whole number, which might not seem like a big deal but this ends up providing inaccurate daily macros. E.g. a food items protien macro distribution being shown as 4.6g as opposed to 5g

Importing recipes off the internet and having it calculate calories, protein, carbs and fat (myfitnesspal does this)
One nice benefit is being able to import or create a recipe you find and it calculates the calories and macros for that recipe for you to enter into your dairy.

Tips for choosing a barbell set for home
When selecting a barbell set for home use, there are several factors to consider to ensure it meets your needs and preferences. Here's a guide to help you choose:
Weight Capacity
Determine the maximum weight you plan to lift and ensure the barbell set can accommodate it. Standard barbell sets typically come in various weight options, ranging from 100 to 300 pounds or more. Choose a set that provides enough weight for your current strength level and allows for progression as you get stronger.Barbell Type
There are two main types of barbells: Olympic and standard. Olympic barbells are heavier and have a thicker shaft (28-32mm diameter) with rotating sleeves designed to fit Olympic weight plates. Standard barbells have a thinner shaft (25mm diameter) and are compatible with standard weight plates. Choose the type that best suits your lifting preferences and available weight plates.Quality Construction
Look for a barbell set made from durable materials such as steel to ensure longevity and safety during use. Check for features like knurled grips for a secure hold and rotating sleeves for smooth movement during lifts. A quality finish, such as chrome or black oxide, can also help prevent rust and corrosion.Weight Plates
Consider whether the barbell set includes weight plates or if you need to purchase them separately. Look for weight plates made from cast iron or rubber-coated for durability and noise reduction. Choose a set with a variety of plate sizes to allow for incremental weight adjustments.Collars
Check if the barbell set for home comes with collars to secure the weight plates in place during lifts. Spring clips or lockjaw collars are common options that provide a secure fit and easy installation/removal.Space and Storage
Evaluate the available space in your home gym or workout area to ensure it can accommodate the barbell set. Consider storage options such as a weight tree or rack to keep the barbell and weight plates organized and out of the way when not in use.Budget
Keep in mind that investing in a high-quality barbell set may cost more upfront but can save you money in the long run by lasting longer and providing a better lifting experience.By considering these factors, you can choose a barbell set for home that meets your needs, fits your budget, and allows you to enjoy effective strength training workouts at home.

Allow Coach to add meals and foods in the meal tracker from the web version
When helping a client out to meet their macro targets, I use the meal tracker from my phone and add foods in for them. I want to be able to create a meal as a trainer and use the meal tracker from my laptop to help with logging in foods. It can be easier when already working on the computer to quickly log in and help the client out faster without needing to use my phone.

ABILITY TO EDIT 'ADD ON PROGRAMME' FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIENT RATHER THAN MASTER
At the moment you can subscribe clients to an 'add on programme' such as 'stretches' but this can only be altered in the MASTER copy.
It would be great to create custom add-on programmes for each client the same as you can build a persoanlised Main Programme.

Selection when I want to loop a video
Interval workout - I created many videos with long explanations (Pilates exercises) and would like to be able to make a shortcut and DECIDE when to cut a video. This way, my clients don't need to listen to all the videos and can just follow the workout without making a break.

Ability to scale meals in library
Clients should be able to scale the size of meals from meal library without having to choose multiple portions. If they want to scale a 500 calorie meal to 300, the ingredients in the meal should scale accordingly and clients can log the meal size they want.

Send us trainers a tag or notification on clients who are deficient in certain vitamins and minerals in their diet so we may address them via diet and supplementation recommendations. I recommend that these updates be based every week in regards to their meal tracking.

Add an end date to the challenges instead of just weeks
The challenges are a great new feature! Thank you for that. The only issue is the duration. It only has a 'weeks' time option and not an "end date' time option. This should be an easy fix since this is already an option for training programs.
You can't have a "30 day fat burning challenge" without the ability to offer the challenge for 30 days. Even the phrase "30 days" is a fairly established marketing fitness challenge phrase. No one says, 35 day boot camp challenge. Or 28 day calorie burn. It's 30 or 60 or even a 90 day. But 35 days? Not so much.

The ability to track nutritional goals that are not calorie or macro based
Official nutrition goals based on intuitive eating principles such as eating mindfully. Or even goals based on hand portions. Sure these can be habits but being able to track these things on a spectrum and as official nutrition data would be more helpful for many clients. I work with trauma and eating disorders and traditional calorie based tracking is out of bounds. For many people, these foundational pieces should be in place before calorie counting. It's hard to convince people these things matter when my app forces them to count calories in order to have an official nutrition goal.

The app should allow nutritional plans to be able to download in PDF the documents and support that the coach wants to share with the client
The app should allow nutritional plans to be able to download in PDF the documents and support that the coach wants to share with the client, even what I see only gives me one option or the other, not both at the same time. This greatly limits communication and what is desired from the client.

Watch: during rests, show upcoming excercise
The Apple Watch app shows a countdown progress bar, but what I’m most interested is what’s coming up next. Currently I have to swipe right to see the whole exercise list, but it would be nice to see the next excercise and any pre-recorded data if available to help setup the next excercise during rest periods

notes on the calendar, client or trainer
Client or trainer can leave a note on the calendar. I would like my client and myself to be able to leave notes to each other attached to days.
Example: Client was sick and missed a workout. They should be able to leave me a note “I was sick so I missed workout” or “it was my anniversary” or whatever so they can explain what happened that day.
A note I might leave “take today off” or “when you do todays workout I want you to do half speed”Messages don’t work for this especially from the client, as I review their week, I want to make it easier for them to communicate or remember what happened.

Custom Questionnaires
It would be great to create custom forms/questionnaires - similar to the initial consult form that gets sent to clients during onboarding - but send them separately at different times. For example, I would love to have a form I send to clients (or schedule to send to them) when their current training block ends to get an assessment of how the training block went and make adjustments. Or, to create a separate form with nutrition-related questions I could send to a client during onboarding in addition to the initial consult form if they are looking for coaching that involves both nutrition and training versus just training, etc.
Currently, my system for doing this is creating google forms and attaching the link to a scheduled message in their calendar. Which is a fine workaround, no problem. But I would love to have it all integrated so that the results could be attached to their profile automatically and pulled up when I'm working on their next training block and such.

Improved messaging please.
I currently use Telegram to communicate with clients because I can pin messages, reply to certain messages, and send voice messages. It'd be a lot easier for the onboarding process if clients didn't have to sign up for multiple apps.
