ability to send library's exercise video through chat
as a coach, you should be able to send a exercise video from the library as a message to the client. When a customer needs to be advised on a movement or if a variation needs to be suggested, this would be a good feature.
Now the video has to be brought into the message conversation "from outside" even though everything has already been filmed and brought into the system.

Hello Trainerize Team,
I wanted to share some feedback that might help improve the app experience for users who attempt to cancel their gym memberships. Apparently they make it so it is impossible to ever cancel!
Right now, when a UFC gym membership is cancelled, accounts remain in a “Cancellation Pending” state. This creates confusion — both for users and for the gyms — because it’s unclear whether the account is truly inactive. In my case, despite officially cancelling (in person, by email, and no longer attending), my gym continues to contact and even threaten to send my account to…

Full Screen video view in 9:16 aspect ratio for Clients
I been using ABC Trainerixe for 5 years, but when i do my own workouts i follow a Coach, that uses another platform than trainerize and I just love her programs and MOST IMPORTANT = How she shows her workouts in Full Screen video view in 9:16 aspect ratio for me. It so much better and easier to use than Trainerize, sorry

Add a client resource folder button to client's profiles for trainers to add videos tutorials or pdf guides for clients
It would be helpful to have a dedicated Client Resource Folder button within each client’s profile. This feature would allow trainers to easily upload and organize video tutorials, PDF guides, nutrition resources, and other educational materials specific to that client.
The goal is to create a centralized hub where clients can access all their personalized resources directly inside their app, instead of using external links or email attachments. This would streamline onboarding, improve the coaching experience, and keep client education consistent and easily accessible for both trainers and clients.

Different start up/welcome automation email for challenges
Currently, my welcome email and start up automation email is geared to my 1:1 high ticketed clients. Upon access, they receive this email for onboarding which includes the 1:1 coaching overview guide, high ticketed meal plan documents and the waiver.
This app needs a separate automation geared towards those joining a shorter lived challenge so they can get a feel for the app and i can up-sell into my 1:1 program. Right now there is no way around this welcome email and i don't want them to have access to these high-ticketed 1:1 documents and instructions when they will only…

notify trainers when a client schedules and/or cancels a group class
For trainers with small group classes, notify the trainer when a client signs up and or cancels their spot in the class. This will keep us from having to check so frequently if a client signed up or decides to change their class time or day.

View Past Scheduled Events
I'd like to be able to look at client's past schedules to easily see when their last appointment was and/or how many specific appointments were completed each month/quarter/year.

Adding our own photos to groups.
With the groups, can you add the feature to upload our own photo instead of choosing just the icons?
It would also be more user friendly to make the groups a little like Facebook. So when you comment on that photo or that post, the comments stay within the post rather than adding to the entire group as if they are creating a new post.When you go onto the groups after a while, it takes time to scroll back up and makes it harder to find previous posts.
