The option to program directly on to our calendar.
It would be less time-consuming if there was an option to have a more open way to program workouts directly onto our client's workouts.
Please excuse me for not knowing how to describe this, but services like "truecoach" make this style of programming very straightforward.
Where you can program workouts directly onto the calendar. Enter instructions and exercises, with room for special instructions for a whole circuit (with just text and attaching videos from the library) - giving us the freedom to create.
Also, it's very easy to drag and drop around the calendar.

The ability to see which programs have the same workout added to it from the workout screen.
When in the workout tab it would be good to see which current programs have this workout assigned to it. The issue I am facing is if I want to update a workout for 1 client, I am not always sure that another client isn’t doing the same workout. So rather than just editing, I am having to duplicate the workout and make the changes to the copy - since I might not want to change it for all clients.

Ability for clients to add their personal workouts so that they can be tracked with trainer assigned workouts
Currently if client’s do a workout on their own they can’t track it in the app. They should have this ability.

Meal Planner needs to be more allow more creativity (and instead of or)
It sounds like you need a more flexible meal planner that allows for greater creativity and customization. Assigning meals by days or weeks is a great start, but it would be even better to have a hybrid system that takes into account not only the days and weeks, but also times and phases. Additionally, having the ability to adjust caloric intake percentage and having the meals populate based on these inputs would be a huge asset. With these features, you'll be able to schedule your clients with eating plans that vary 2-3 days based on their workout and calorie intake, all while allowing for more variety and customization in their meals.

Brazilians culture
Most of my clients are from Brazil. In our country culturally we have dinner a lil later than us. So would be good to have an snack option to switch the morning snack to aftarnoon snack.

Coaches Calendar
I'm an online nutrition and health coach, so all of my services are delivered via Trainerize. I would love for there to be an option to have a "coaches calendar" that I could subscribe all of my clients to, create events, and send reminders for events, group calls, masterclasses, etc that I'm hosting. This would remove the need to have clients in a google calendar, fb group, etc if I could just subscribe my clients to my "coaches calendar" to update them on new events, add a link to the call/event, send auto messages (like to post a win in the group chat), etc..

Being able to add your own routine. This would save so much time from using more than one app.

Option to hide "other trainers" at top of profile
have the "find other trainers" on the Profile Page have the ability to be "hidden". I see it as a chance for your leads to find other trainers, more experienced ones. Why would I want this, its a chance to loose your leads. I think having the option to hide it would make trainers put more content on the profile

Group training program
Be able to see the shared program across all clients enrolled in that group training session, that way I can have a glance at each person’s current weight for each exercise without having to bounce between clients in-app.
Be able to look at more than one client’s programming on my computer in different tabs so that I can compare programming for clients that are in group sessions at once without having to go back and forth between clients.

I do 6 week assessments, and with my guided clients, they send me videos of them doing the moves through the messenger. What I would love, is it there was a prompt you could add in workouts that said "add video here" and allowed the client to film the move and upload it directly inside the assessment. This could also be applicable if a client wanted to check form, so perhaps a self-insert option would be helpful as well. This would streamline the process, and keep everything in one place, so it would be easy to access the videos in the future.

See clients specific personal bests set on each workout.
We are notified of client personal bests, but we do not see the specifics of the personal best when training remotely. It would be nice if the trainer can see the workout completion screen that the client sees showing the details on which exercises had new personal bests set. This would allow the trainer to more accurately provide feedback on workouts completed.

Remove clients from schedule if session credit expires
Please remove clients from the schedule if the credit they used to book the class expires between the booking date and the class date.
I have found that clients can book classes after their session credits expires if they book the class before the credit expires. For example, I have one client who will book classes weeks in advance to avoid losing her credits because she knows they will expire soon. Essentially she is bypassing the credit expiration dates.

Allow Manual Entry or connect with BetterMe, or the BetterMe Band, and all the rest too!
Just to use this app and get full benefit after spending thousands on a coaching program, I paid for membership to MyFitnessPal. Then instead of allowing manual entry if we have a fitness tracker that doesn't work with this app, I have to buy an Apple Watch?

Different sections for Meals and Recipes
Currently the Nutrition Master Library consists of 2 sections:
- Meals
- FoodsI would suggest you add a different section called Recipes where we can only add recipes that we then use for different Meals (just like how Workouts can be used for different programs)
The Meals section now functions both like a place to add Meal Examples and Recipe examples, however it would be nice if we could separate the 2 and then give the clients the option to either search for Meal Examples or for Recipe Examples.
The idea is already applied to other food trackers and it works great. Basically, when creating a Meal Example you can use different recipes for that meal and the client has the option to see the recipe details or click a link that sends him/her to the recipe (in app this could be like a different window where the recipe appears).
Hope this idea resonates with other coaches and will get implemented as I think it would add a lot of value to the app.
