We need more room for feedback from clients. There should be an area where they can give feedback next to the exercise like rating RPE
Next to each exercise in a workout there should be a feedback note tab where they can write in RPE or even submit videos of them performing the exercises for video review. This would be a great feature for coach care and accountability/feedback.

Workouts that include cardio
There should not be a limit of 30 minutes if I would like to create a workout that includes running or any cardio activity. The time should be a unlimited amount and not set.

Message All Clients Booked in Group/Class
The trainer assigned to a Group/Class session should be able to message all clients booked for a session in a group message from the Calendar instead of trying to do the same from the Messages in another browser tab adding one client at a time - very time consuming and inaccurate.

Expand goal setting in some way
I am not able to properly describe the goals we are working on with the current model. Improving the client's ability to easily see their top goals will add to the meaningfulness of their program and buy-in. I think this could be accomplished in a few different ways:
1. Increase character count of custom goals
2. Allow for a "goals" master bank, like there is for habits
3. Allow for a description of the goal title
4. Have more of a SMART goal template. An appropriate goal cannot be described the way that Trainerize currently offers.

Improve Progress Chart Data On Desktop View
On my iphone I am able to see the clients caloric burn in a vertical list beneath the chart, so I can see atual numbers and calculate their average if need be.
Would it be possible to see this on the desktop as well?In the phone app it is also easier to compare progress pics side by side, but not on the desktop.
Lastly, I'm sure this is a part of many other several requests, but can there be generate a summary of their data for a select period of time via spreadsheet?Thank you!!!

More nutrition coaching friendly
This includes a multitude of things, one of the two most important being custom weekly check-ins as well as to set specific macros for clients (not just the general caloric intake then selecting the percentage for each macro). I want to set them down to the gram.
I would also like to set client reminders for the check-ins. Since I moved from Seismic, majority of clients are missing their weekly check-ins. Seismic made this so easy for myself and the client to stay on top of check-ins while also allowing the client to give me more/better feedback to better help them. Since I moved away from Seismic, my nutrition coaching has declined, and I hate that.
There are many other things that would make this app more nutrition friendly. I flittered around to many apps because none have all the things I want. Trainerize had more of what I want compared to others. If it was more nutrition coaching friendly, I would do a custom branded app.

Allow clients to attach videos to workouts
Clients should be able to send videos of their sets in their workout. This will help for trainers to check form and get an idea of movement patterns that need work

deactivate clients at future date (if not always using trainerize products and payments)
I have many clients that sign up and pay via other systems to trainerize. It would be good to be able to deactivate accounts on the trainerize app at a specific date in future instead of the immediate option it currently has.

Export client macros
As a trainer, i provide in depth check ins each week which displays the clients macro breakdown, averages etc. it would be a handy tool to be able to export a selected date range of their macros into an excel sheet, similar fashion to how you can with workouts.

Educational Hub Feature Proposal
Educational Hub Feature Proposal
I believe this addition could be a real game-changer and would fit perfectly alongside all the other great elements already built into the app.
The idea is to add an extra tab (similar in style to the current workout tabs like the kettlebell, knife, and book icons) — this new tab could represent a “Learning Hub.”
Here, coaches could upload educational content for clients to access at any time — videos, series, and PDFs — all organised in one easy-to-use place. How it could work:
• Clients could work through the content and mark off videos or documents as they complete them but the also can rewatch them over and over at no cast to anyone.• Coaches could create customised
series of lessons or modules. Also could sell them as courses or just all be part of their services.• An option to be able run challenges with limited resources and then still have group coaching being able to see all resources • Content could be organised into categories like: • Nutrition • Principles of Exercise • Training Foundations • Exercise Tutorials • Fat Loss Education • Common Myths • How to Use the App to its FullAnd the options for us to create more and pick and choose what we use.
PotentialWhy it would help:
• Boosts client education, which is strongly linked to better long-term results.
• Creates a deeper level of value inside the app without needing external links or resources.
• Helps coaches reinforce important principles and cut down on repetitive FAQs.
• Makes the platform feel like an all-in-one coaching and learning experience — not just a workout tracker.Business Benefits:
• Makes the app stand out even more from competitors.
• Increases client satisfaction, retention, and trust in both the coach and the platform.
• Adds a professional, “complete coaching” feel to the service offering.
• Supports users in achieving better, faster, and more sustainable results.Extra note:
It would be fantastic if this feature could be included as part of the standard app package so that all users/ coach’s get to give the best service — and their clients — benefit without either needing to pay extra. This would make a strong statement that the platform is committed to delivering real results, not just workouts.Educational Hub Feature Proposal

substitute exercise options
Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions
One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.
To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise. For example:
• If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
• If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations. How it would help:
• Instead of clients randomly picking a different exercise (which might not fit the program properly), they would get clear, coach-approved options.
• Helps clients stay on track with the right intensity level for their ability.
• Improves coaching quality and trust, while making the app feel even more supportive and personalised.Business benefits:
• Adds real value for both coaches and users.
• Creates a smarter, more professional training experience.
• Makes the app stand out by offering guidance where others just offer basic substitutions. This feature would make a massive difference, especially for beginners or anyone working through strength and skill development. Also to be part of the standard package you sell, no add on fees.

When the program ends, the client should no longer have access to their program or workouts.
Clients are repeating their previous programs after they end without paying. Each time, I have to reset them to basic access so they won’t be able to see the content and will ask me to renew.

How to Track and Display Custom Metrics (e.g., 'Wellness Score') for Clients?
Hey Trainerize Community,
I'm looking for some advice on tracking and displaying custom, non-standard metrics for my clients. Specifically, I'd love to implement a "Wellness Score" that combines data points like sleep quality, stress levels (maybe rated 1-10), hydration, and overall mood into a single, comprehensive daily or weekly number.
While I know we can track standard metrics like weight, body fat, etc., I'm wondering if anyone has found an effective way within Trainerize to:
Input/Log these custom daily/weekly data points for clients. (Is there a good workaround using existing features, or a feature I'm missing?)
Display this combined "Wellness Score" trend over time in a chart or a clear, easily digestible format for both the client and myself.
The goal is to give clients a more holistic view of their progress beyond just physical stats, and help them connect their daily habits to their overall well-being. Any creative solutions, feature requests, or insights from how others are tackling this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help! geometry dash lite

Fix print formatting
I know this isn't likely a feature that likely gets used often, but if you're going to include a print option, it should format the pages to print. I just used it for the first time and it's an utter mess - the printed pages retain artifacts from the page navigation, some of which obscure exercise information. I have several extra pages with nothing but a drop down menu that printed. I'm supposed to give this to a client? It's not great.

add meal plans at 1200 and 1300 calories for women.
add 1200 and 1300 calories per day meal plans for women. Also, give the option to remove red meat but keep fish and eggs. And give the option to remove starchy carbs like potatoes and corn.

Have a separate app for coaches on your phone
I use the app on my phone to track my own workout so I can't reply to messages on my phone which makes it harder to reply promptly. I think having a completely separate app like Trainerize Coach or something could be greatly useful to all people like me, who, don't have their coach account connected due to wanting to use the app to track themselves...
