This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    The ability to pull a report of how may sessions (including type of session) each trainer conducts for the pay period for payroll purposes.

  2. Accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment.

    Maybe this is too ambitious, but...Adding cryptocurrency as an option to pay for workout programs would set Trainerize apart from competitors. It would help demonstrate a commitment to innovation and staying current with changing technology and could also attract more high-paying clients. This can be incorporated in a few ways such as connecting to an exchange called Coinbase Commerce.

  4. Remove ability for clients to remove credit cards

    Some clients have committed to purchasing a 3 months program. They remove their card and the payment fails out.

  6. allowing clients to pay with more than one card

    Right now when a client purchases a package, they are prompted to enter their card for full payment. Some of my clients would like to split payments into at least 2 cards as a means to pay in full.

  7. Allow billing to start on that day with a pro rated amount, then regenerate on the first.

    I use Wodify too and they use stripe as well.

    It would be nice to have someone start for example the 13th, charge them that day at prorated amount then generate full amount on the first.

  9. paid affiliate program that reward the new customer as well as affiliate

  12. Ability to offer multiple levels of memberships that clients can upgrade and downgrade in app.

    Ability to offer like multiple tiers of memberships.
    - a basic membership (where users cannot message but can view their training)
    - a silver membership (where users can message)
    - a gold membership (with nutrition coaching and video calls)

    If a client wants to go from basic to silver, they can upgrade themselves in the app.

  15. Ability to include notes in invoice

    For in person clients I like to include dates we trained in the invoice as a way of confirming those dates with a client and for record keeping by bother parties.

  16. Prorated Products

    Allow me to sell Products at a prorated rate. Example (12 sessions for $ 12.50) like mypthub does. This was if a client starts in the middle of the month or at the end of the week I can charge the client for the rest of their term.

  18. Increase the range on the sales history chart

    Increase the range on the sales history chart to 1 year, 2 year, 5 year... lifetime... etc. It would be great to compare annual sales now that Trainerize Pay has been around more than one full year.

  20. accept venmo

    It would be great to allow customers to pay using their venmo accounts. My current clients already do this and I wish I could connect my venmo to app.
