Allow patients to purchase large ticket programs & services with Sezzle, Affirm, Klarma, etc.
By allowing clients to use "pay later" services like Sezzle, Affirm, Klarma, and others, we would increase program retention and increase sales. Phased personal training programs would be much more palatable to most clients if they were able to pay in installments.

When a basic client needs to repurchase session credits I would like to see an auto message sent to them with a link to purchase.
My basic clients don't repurchase session credits because of the challenge getting to the purchase link. It would be very helpful to have an auto message sent to them when their credit expires with a link to repurchase.

Ability to see visits and sales conversions of checkout pages in Facebook analytics
Right now, the checkout page's domain cannot be verified as it's shared across Trainerize.
Is there a way I can track the successful purchases? Maybe by throwing an analytics event or by redirect them to a page I own.

Option to select "Limit to existing clients only" option in products, similarly to "Limit sign-up to new clients only" to allow exclusive offers for existing clients.

We should be able to react with emojis and comments when someone purchases a product.

Ability to sell merchandise or other physical products in Trainerize
We have people pop into the brick and mortar studio for vitamins and such, and if they want more than one bottle there isn't a place that I see where we can choose the quantity when making a Trainerize product.

Have an Option to Include Practitioner and/or Billing Number on Invoices
Have an option to include details like practitioner/billing number on invoices.
For practitioners/therapists like physios, RMTs, kinesiologists, etc, the ability to include practitioner and/or billing numbers on invoices is important so that the client can submit the invoice for insurance claims.

allow clients to leave a tip for their trainer
Add a tip option to payments at checkout. There is a discount code box but it would be nice if there were also an area where clients can leave their trainer a tip.

Program pay at time of purchase, start program on specific day of the week
It would be nice if the client would be charged the day they click purchase and not on the program start day. eg - if they purchase Wed but program starts on a Monday it messes up the program's days of the week. And have the option to add-on pre-programmed workouts that automatically load to their training program until the main program starts 'next ***'.

Analytics within the app that shows how many clients converted from a free trial to a paid product
I'd like to be able to track which products are the most successful in up-selling clients to more expensive products. If my free 14 day trial isn't up-selling clients into custom plans or boot camps, but my nutrition plan is showing more success in up-selling clients to those higher plans, I want to be able to keep track of this data.

Option to Upgrade a Client's Plan without Cancelling Old Product
I put clients on 12, 28, or 52 week programs. Within these programs, clients can train 1, 2, or 3 times per week.
Sometimes, a client will be training for, say, 12 weeks at 1 time per week and decide halfway through that they want to train 3 times per week.
Currently, the only way to do this is to cancel the current product and start a new one, but if the person doesn't want to start a NEW 12-week program, and just wants to complete their CURRENT 12-week program…

Add a Custom Sale Price option instead of choosing from product list.
When making a sale, you have to choose from a list of products which can get overwhelming. Make a feature where you can input your custom price for one time payments.

Payment management and session credits
Please have a way we can pause, postpone or discount our client payments, as well as add extra session credits.
It would be nice to have a payment option for recurring direct debit clients to have session credits per payment, so if they miss a payment then they can’t book a class etc.2 votes -

Would be great to have a client tag for "Product Expiring" so I can easily filter who owes money this month/who to follow up with to sell another program.

Make a shop organizing feature
I need to be able to reorganize my products when I make something new. I want the presentation to read lowest to highest cost and theres no way to do that without deleting everything and redoing it. Thats a feature that should have existed from the start.
