This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to change languages from english to preferred language.

    Maybe start with a few of the most popular languages like spanish, french, etc. I have an entire network I cannot reach because they only speak Spanish. Having this feature would allow coaches to grow exponentially and provide more impact for health in this world. I know you can edit titles, and a few small things, but with ai this should be seamless now being able to adjust language preferences.

  2. Ability to Edit points for Challenges: Leader Board

    Admin, have the ability to edit the points the system give for cardio and workouts. Sometimes the client is given points for just turning on app and turning it off. It would be great if we can have additional filters, example the workout has to be 30 minutes or more, the workout is only for in person or home. More filters to help make the challenge accurate and fair. I was hoping to use the challenge to help increase class participation and not to include home workouts.

  3. Bio Feedback Tracking

    This would be the same as a "habit tracking" but instead of a yes/ no type check box it would be a sliding scale from say 1-10 . Example being for tracking energy levels, mood, stress, etc...that way coaches can track those on a daily basis and see progress (ideally) long term on these types of areas.

  6. Make Challenges "Evergreen" ie, so they can be started up like a product

    Currently it is a fixed start date & time and a fixed end date.

    We need to be able to create a challenge that can start like a program... upon assigning it. For instance a new client 2 week challenge, or a saved challenge that is available to assign at any time.

  7. Set Macro Targets Without Calories

    Many clients get overwhelmed or fixated on calorie numbers when trying to follow a macro-based nutrition plan. For coaches using a portion-based or macro-first approach, it would be highly beneficial to have the option to set macro targets without displaying calorie totals.

    This feature would allow clients to focus solely on hitting their daily protein, carb, and fat targets without getting distracted by calorie counts, which can often lead to confusion or anxiety.

    By prioritizing the macros, clients can concentrate on building healthier habits and eating according to their specific needs, while still following the program effectively.

  8. Allow one client profile for trainer to use as their own workout profile without logging out

    I'm such a fan of this app that I also use it to track my own workouts, in addition to my clients'.

    Right now, as a trainer, I'm unable to experience the Food Logging or the Apple Watch workout experiences that my clients can experience. I have one profile that is my own, but to experience the food logging or controlling a workout from my Apple Watch, I need to log out as a trainer, and log back in with my personal "client" profile. The biggest issue with this is that every time I log out and back in to…

  9. Edit meals without having to start over on the day

    Clients complain that if they need to go and edit a meal, they cannot do so without starting over on the day. This is detrimental for clients who pre-log their food and need to make adjustments throughout the day.

  10. Easier app usage.

    The website is fairly easy to use. (could be a little less complicated) but the app is very hard to use and work with which is a huge problem because it is the main way people will be using your service. I am unable to make master workouts through the app. Everything is fairly complex and needs to be simplified.

  12. Option to disable full meal tracking

    Most of my clients just do fitness programs with me, but I do have nutrition clients and one of the "extras" they get is full meal tracking. I'd like to be able to turn off full meal tracking for my non-nutrition clients.

  14. Add RPE targets/rating to each set of an exercise and also to progression tables

    The ability to see how each client is rating an exercise speicifically and give them a target to hit on this exercise would be great.

    What would be even better is if you could also add this to the progression tables. So you might start someone on RPE 7 on an exercise week 1 and slowly through a training block move them up to an 8, then a 9 etc..

  15. Total number of Fat, Protein and Carb View

    If I look at the daily meals, apart from seeing the food recipes, I would like to get a view of the total Fat, Protein and Carb view at a glance, that way I can adjust recipes

  17. Auto-fill sets and reps when building workout

    When you add the sets and rep targets on the first exercise, automatically use these targets for the next exercises you add to the workout. For example if I am creating 5 sets, with a target of 5 reps for 'Leg press', when I add Bench press I would like it to now automatically apply the same sets and target.

  20. Ability to change appointment type from in person to virtual under the same "event"

    I have clients that are sometimes in person, but switch to virtual sessions. At this time, if I switch them in the system, they won't get charged for a session- a client should be able to utilize their sessions however they'd like, and as a trainer it is important they get charged for the session (for obvious reasons). A 60 min session is a 60 min session no matter how the client chooses to use it.
