Showing previous workouts when using the progression feature
Currently you can change the reps and sets on a weekly basis for any given workout. If you could include the previous stats, weight, reps completed or RPE from the previous weeks; this would make it easier to successful program what volume and intensity the client should receive for the following weeks.
You can also layout the progress made for each client in a more concise manner.

Changing exercises from a week to week to help with weekly programming
The progression feature is great! but expanding on that feature to allow for exercise changes as well instead of creating a whole new program.
i.e. Week 1 & 2 Goblet squats; Week 3 & 4 Back Squats
Week 1: SA Rows Week 2: SA Cable Row Week 3: Bent Over RowThis would be great for accessory lifts or isolation lifts to add some variance and excitement to the workouts. While still progressing in the core lifts, you can make a workout fresh by changing the less important lifts to a different variation.

531 and other programs
Programs like 531 are basically a massive pain to program for clients. It would be great to be able to have trainerize figure out the progression automatically from inputting some starting weights

Reverse Pyramid training
Currently I have to enter each set as a separate custom exercise if I want to program reverse Pyramid training.
In fact, Pyramid training of any kind is not really supported

Would love to be able to attach files to custom workout programs
I would love to be able to attach certain files to specific workout programs that are created. That way once I add someone to that program they automatically have access to the files associated with that program.

Allowing clients to add exercises to workouts
Allow clients to enter in their own workouts or other exercises they want to add to workouts.

The ability to edit an existing workout and change the format from regular workout to interval, etc...
Ex: I created a workout under circuit, but realized that I wanted to load it under interval so the timer would run automatically.

Link shortener
Be able to use a link compressor to clean up messages/and other coaching media and not have the bogged down, "busy" appearance that occurs when linking products from Amazon, or folders to Google Drive

Combine duplicate accounts
When a client has created a profile before adding a form a payment, when they later setup a payment for a plan they are prompted to "create a login." It seems most of my clients default to creating a new login when they have already completed a consultation, logged initial metrics and even have workouts/goals in another account. The result is a new account that houses only their payment info and an old account with all of their information. It would be awesome to be able to manually combine accounts to combine the payment with the info or to remove…

Ability for clients to "tick box" wavier in the purchase stage.
If clients can "tick box" or "agree" to a wavier, T&C for programs in the purchasing stages this would simplify the process and that we don't have to chase clients for them. It could also mean that dont get access to a program until they have done this / signed the wavier etc. This would reduce our risk of a client automatically starting a program if a waiver has not be signed.

transition periods for the interval workout
Many clients are saying it is tough when we assign them workouts using the interval style to change from exercise to exercise without any transition time. They feel rushed which is sacrificing their form and getting ready to do the next move. It starts off great with the 3/2/1 and then it just goes one to the next. It would be good to have like a 3 second transition time to change exercises, or be able to choose how many seconds.

Customized checkin data request bio feed back
Customized option for checkin communication via an interactive data collection trainer/coach can enter requested data to be reported ie:habits skeet supplements bowel movements client can mark of which day they did the actions or missed them also ability for trainer to type in customized questions ie: stress levels this week any upcoming road blocks and client can type in personal responses

Please make gender, weight and height optional
I work with primarily *****, trans and gender non-binary clients who are not focusing on weight, numbers, and measurements but instead about what makes them feel good and using movement as a tool to help their mental health, build empowerment and cultivate healing. I understand why gender, weight and height options are important to many trainers and clients but I'd like to have those options customizable so I am not forced to make my clients answer questions that are not helpful to them or could cause harm.

Bench Mark support like Sugarwod or Integration of Sugarwod?
To be able to have stored Barbell Movements and or Benchmark workouts to test fitness without having to reinvent all or repopulate them.

Adding text on the clients schedule
With the new update, the ability to add in text in a scheduled cardio workout is gone. I used to put on a clients schedule "do a group fitness class" or similar - now thats not possible anymore. Any chance of bringing that back?

Take a selfie after a workout that you can share via social media - this way your clients can brag about themselves and its great marketing.
Create frames that trainers can edit (very simple - colour editing and word editing)
After each workout, a client gets the option to take a selfie post-workout that they can share via social media. This way clients get to brag about themselves as well as help you market your new 12-week challenge (for example)10 votes -
Can the workout progressions save from week to week?
When I progress the workout weekly, It shows the initial program. It would be helpful if you could see the progressions from the previous weeks.

Sort exercises
Be able to sort exercises into muscle groups. For example if I want shoulder exercises, I choose shoulders and then I can choose from the list or being able to sort it by category for example lower body exercises, upper or abs.

certifications
we should be able to upload copies of our actual certifications so clients can see that the trainers they are working with are for real. There are a tone of people getting so called certifications that allow them to train people and they should not be since they could hurt someone really badly.
