Content Library
It would good if there would be a content library in the app. This would let us stand out as trainers and coaches. I mean with content library a drive similar like dropbox or google drive, where trainers/coaches can add educational resources like videos, courses, readings (articles etc.), tutorials, which can clients access by their own to watch and to read for educational purposes. We as trainers/coaches need to educate clients. It would be good too, to be able to create and to name many folders as we need, like fitness, nutrition where the content could be added. Longer videos in the attachment section of the client's profile
In the attachment section of the client's profiles, there is a limit of around 8mb (1 minute max, sometimes even less, 50 seconds or so) for video uploads. This section would be really useful for any trainers that want to upload mobility tests that clients have done to track their progress. This way the trainer can track how the client has progressed from the start. This is the same for any exercises that the client may have had issues with. Link Direct from Group Notification to Client Workout ("Bob Smith Completed Workout 1")
Specifically, I am meaning the notes in group chats where it says "Bob has completed Work 1" it would be grand if "Bob" and "Workout 1" linked directly to whatever it was. The workout the comment, the client; whatever. It would be really helpful.
For example, making the workout in the group chat interactable the same way it is in the news feed on the Overview Page...

Change the options for rest time in workout builder
The options for rest time in the workout builder increase in 5 second increments for 0-60 seconds, but then jump from 60 to 90 seconds. I would like 75 seconds to be added as an option, as well as 2.5 and 3.5 minutes, etc.

Ability to see remaining credits in client profiles on mobile app
And for the mobile app, maybe on the client view screen, in addition to the currently displayed "last view," it could also display # credits and when they expire.

Remove thumbs up when habit or workout is completed
Several clients have complained about the thumbs-up graphic after completing a habit or workout. It would be great to have the ability to remove that as a trainer

Remove estimated workout time (or make it optional)
Estimated workout time is inaccurate (too short) 99% of the time. Clients are constantly messaging us, wondering if they should’ve done their workouts in half the time — or less. It adds an unnecessary layer of pressure for folks who are already feeling anxious about starting a new program. Please remove, or at least make it optional.

Session Credits Report
Right now, 01/2022, it is nearly impossible to track and know where our clients stand on remaining sessions and historical appointment tracking.
We need a way to cleanly, easily, quickly ascertain past and future appts for a client and, maybe more importantly, how many sessions remain for a client.
This is a follow-up function that needs A LOT of enhancement! I have only been able to find one place for this, the client's profile on the web.
I really wish there was a new tab in the web platform added to the client overview that was for "Appointments" - maybe…

Allow purchasing of single appointment types as well as session packs
Right now, it appears that I can only develop one session pack per appointment type, but I would like clients to be able to purchase just one single appointment when they need as well. Also, I would like to be able to create multiple session packages

Automated "Missed Workout" messages...
We have non-editable missed payment messages, but what about a custom message for when people miss their workouts, rather than just relying on the tags feature.
It will add a further automation layer, therefore less stress on the trainer(s), when they have multiple people missing workouts.
For example, if we can set the time of the message to send at, say 7pm, asking why they haven't recorded a workout.
"Hey {FirstName}, I notice you didn't compete your workout today.. Why?"

New phase pop-up
It would be great if whenever a client is starting a new phase that it popped up as soon as they enter the app that day or try to start their workout. Otherwise, clients are wondering why their workout is different or need an explanation when it is all explained under the phase and they forget to look at it.

Measurements summary rather than individual
Rather than separate graphs for individual body parts, it would be great to have a summary graph. On this something like different coloured lines to represent each measurement site would be great.
That way it's much quicker and easier to see overall progress on all measurements rather than one.

Ability to edit the client profile dialog's summary
Upon clicking the client's name from our client list it pops up with a client summary. It would be great if we could edit this so it showed us, measurements, custom biometrics (HRV etc) etc.
This would make it much quicker and streamlined to see a quick overview of the clients, adherence, progress etc.

Tracking Increments of weight in different exercises
Tracking Increments of weight in different exercises for trainer and client. This will help with tracking how much weight the client is using after each session. Also having a graph to show the progress of weight for the client would enhance their experience.

Allow clients to enter their own recipes with ability to change serving sizes
It would be nice if clients could input an entire recipe into the app and then break it down into servings.

Allow Clients to share specifics of workouts not done using the app.
I have quite a few clients who want to use my services for nutrition only. Would be nice if they. had a way to upload their workouts so we know what they are doing at boutique type places (such as Orange Theory, CrossFit, etc.).

Allow habits to progress (scale 1-5) instead of "Yes"/"No"
Some habits, for some clients, might work better with different means of tracking progress (i.e. a scale of 1-5) instead of always being a binary "Yes"/"No" option.
