Condense and organize grocery list
Organize grocery list into categories:
Protein, produce, seasonings, ect.Condense grocery list, if two meals use chicken, combine the amounts for the ease of client to know the amount they need to purchase rather than list them out multiple times for each meal. Same with seasonings and other items.
Right now the list gets pretty overwhelming and practically unusable when there is pages of ingredients.
Happy to have the grocery list now and with these changes, it will be a very useful tool!

engagement
I would like to assign points in groups or challenges for engagement. For instance, if you like or comment on other people's posts, you get x amount of points. Or points for the person whose post gets the most likes.

Edit duration of program tags
Ability to edit the duration of program tags like we can for client auto tags. For example, I want to extend the duration of the program expiring tag from 1 week to 4 weeks, so I have an earlier reminder of them needing a new program.

Having the option to filter by habit when in the client list.
I would like to be able to filter by habit when in the client list, like with the tags, so that I can see who has what habit. This will make removing and updating habits far easier, especially when client numbers are so high. It is very tedious to have to go into the client's profile and it takes so many clicks to reach the habits and update/remove them. It would take much less time to be able to have it as a filter option, also for tracking the client's journey/plan.

Set a timeframe for the weight goals
Can you please allow us to set a timeframe for the wight goals? That way it gives a sense of when they should achieve their desired weight goaL.

Activity Manual stat input
Currently if I don't wear my fitness tracker I can't track my workout stats. I would like the ability to input manually my calories heart rate, distance intensity power output , avg. heart rate. For example if i do a HIIt Class i can only enter time and nothing else. I would like to be able to manually input my zones when I play basketball. or other.

Being able to choose multiple workouts on that day to delete instead of going to each workout.

Putting clients lasts lifts in the progression spreadsheet
when we are updating clients weights in the progression spreadsheet, it would be incredibly useful if the exercises listed in the 1st column had the clients last weights and reps in it. Pulling it from their exercise progression chart, So you don't have to flick between 2 tabs of a split screen.

More data retention and transferability
When off-boarding and on-boarding coaches, it would be helpful if client data, workouts, progress, etc could be easily transported from account to account. Tell clients they will lose all of their information and progress makes for a really poor Ux

Allow larger attachments in Welcome Email
Allow for larger attachments to be sent in the Welcome Email. Allowing us to send larger resources/ebooks.

Allow us to pre-populate our clients workout stats
I give my clients their workout targets for each workout. It would be far more efficient and streamlined if I was able to schedule their workout and then write in the targets for them.
The issue is, I can schedule a workout but when they click start they don’t see any of the stats I’ve written in. This must be because the workout doesn’t sync in real time between my client and I.
This would be an extremely useful feature.

We need to be able to build phases of a programme that are different durations. EG phase of 8 weeks, intensification phase of 4 weeks
We need to be able to build phases of a program that are different durations. EG an accumulation phase of 8 weeks, followed by an intensification phase of 4 weeks. Can currently only create phases of the same length of time

Support for Challenges
It would be great if there were different metrics used to provide for challenges. The challenges are a nice addition, however if I want to run a challenge for '21 days', or for instance a '6 week' challenge, that cannot be done at the moment due to the fact that it only allows for months currently.

For coaching client: Easier ability to view clients in the app similar to the desktop experience. Also the ability to create training programs in a similar fashion to the desktop experience. These are two features that need to be revamped/added!

Calendar Notes
Add an option in the calendar view to add a short note to a specific day. For example: marking an injury or upcoming competition for ease of viewing by both client and trainer.

The same calendar visibility for a master program as when you are looking at one single clients calendar.

It would be great to have the meal planner come with a grocery list
The amount of ingredients in the meals can be overwhelming. But it'd be helpful to have all of them be input into a grocery list that can be integrated with Instacart or Amazon Fresh. Other services like Eatthismuch do this

Highlight when sets are added via the 'add set' button
There are a lot of people asking for an option to delete sets when they're added by accidentally bumping the 'add set' button (multiple suggestions and upvotes).
It looks like the PM, Trevor, suggests just leaving it blank as it won't be saved. I guess this is fine, although it's a bit annoying if you bump the button a couple of times and just have to scroll past like a couple of extra added super sets.
My main concern is that if I bump the 'add sets' button, which is really easy to do, I don't know if I've accidentally…

Scheduling and Workout Integration Simplified
Add the ability to add your workouts you create in the clients program calendar directly to their program incase you wish to add that workout at a later date. Currently, it DOES NOT add to their program and I'm stuck having to re-create the workout, or if I choose to change the duration of a phase from 4 weeks to 6 weeks, I'm stuck having to recreate everything and wastes a lot of time.

In the planning stage, show how many times i have used each exercise with the client in the past
I write custom programs for every client, mostly using my own videos which I've uploaded. I would love a number)counter shoring how many times I have used that exercise with the client before. It's hard to remember which exercises I have used with which clients and how many times I have used it.
