Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Track Custom Metrics

    I'm not sure why this doesn't exist, as this is the only app I've tested that doesn't allow you to create your own "metric" to track and graph (which is unfortunate, because this is one of my favorite apps that I've tested overall!) Most will allow you to create and name a metric and even allow you to customize the unit if it doesn't already exist. For example, you can currently track things like sleep, steps, etc. I'd also like to track daily overall stress levels, simply on a scale of 1-10, among other things.

  2. Ability to create a library of Auto Messages

    Much like we can create our own exercise library, it would be great to create certain auto messages that we can simply grab and drop into the calendar for a program. I feel like I am re-writing these every time. If you could select Auto Messages and then it took you to a library that you have created and you could simply select the appropriate message (with editing features if needed) it would be a huge time saver.

  3. Enable the profile page to spell your name correctly

    If your surname does not begin with a capital letter your profile name will automatically be changed into a capital - I asked the help desk, they could not resolve it and said I had to ask for it to be an added feature ! I am sure I am not the only person whose surname does not start with a capital letter !!

  7. Food Exclusions

    Being able to list the foods that a client will not eat and it will be excluded from the selection. Such as if a client doesn't like olives. Recipes that exclude olives. etc.

  9. Training and non- training day calories

    Being able to give client different calorie targets for different days. For example training & non-training day calories or weekday and weekend for clients to be able to manage these better and have specific targets for them

  10. The ability to schedule daily habits into master programs

    Creating a master program to sell as a one-off item would be much nicer if you could schedule habits! I.E. Drink 3L of water per day, hit x steps every day, 10 pages of reading every day, 10 minutes of journaling every day etc. Essentially, being able to schedule habit tracking into master programs!

    It would be good to be able to add more activities - can climbing/ bouldering be added? Or could there be different 'general' options eg. general cardio, general strength, general endurance etc etc

  13. Daily Journal

    Introducing a feature that allows clients to create general notes on their calendar would be a valuable addition. Instead of limiting notes to meals or workouts, or relying solely on message threads, clients could document journal entries for their coach to review. Coaches could offer prompts for reflection or simply allow clients to jot down their thoughts independently. This feature fosters deeper client engagement and provides a comprehensive view of their wellness journey.

  14. Paypal intergration as a low cost option

    trainers should be able to integrate their PayPal Business account to Trainerize Pay as their default payment gateway.

    Also, clients could use PayPal Express checkout or maybe even PayPal Credit to pay

  16. Create a drag/drop feature when creating workout programs in the master programs!

    Can we please add a feature in the Master Programs where we can drag/drop the different weeks within the workout phase? For example, when I was creating a new workout plan, I had Week1-2, Week 3-4, and Week 5-8. It was not lining up in order, as it went from Week1-2 and then jumped to Week 5-8, and then went back to Week 3-4. It would be so much easier if we can just drag/drop the different weeks so they all match up and go down in order!

  18. Don't have the habit cut-off for 12pm on challenges

    Please allow for the habit cut-off to be 11:59pm client local time for challenges and even just regular habits as some people forget to mark them off until later in the day

  19. A way to easily reset personal best for a client

    An easy way to reset client's personal best. With the roll out of challenges, clients are taking their personal best very series because they want the points. But some find that they pushed themselves too hard to get those in the beginning that it's too difficult to now reach a new personal best.

    I haven't had many ask about this, but I think more will once they reach this point.

  20. Can you integrate with MacroFirst

    This is the best free macro tracker I've used.. You can set and adjust your goals at will and it has a food scanner, as well as a HUGE database of foods. Would definitely recommend
