This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Clients being able to adjust kg and lbs on individual exercises and workouts

    Be able to change the measurements of weight for each individual exercise on each individual workout without changing past measurements and does automated conversion.

  6. Adapt "Smart Meal Plan" to "Daily Nutrition Goal"

    Currently, I want to set specific macro targets (with specific grams), and then assign a corresponding smart meal plan. However, if I assign a smart meal plan, the Nutrition Goal gets deleted/overridden. It would be awesome if both features could work together.

  9. Weekly Calorie and Protein Average calculated based on days tracked

    I use a google sheet to calculate the weekly average for the clients because some days they're not within the 10% range but the weekly avg will still work out. Which is what I mainly look at. Would love a protein average as well to help with less work on the coaches end. Thank you!

  11. Client Onboarding Flow (Automated)

    Coaches or business admins can send a link directly to new clients to fill in a detailed form.
    Form Automation: The form automatically generates a new client account, pre-populating relevant fields based on the data submitted (e.g., personal details, goals, preferences).
    Instant Profile Creation: After submitting the form, the client can log in and begin using the app with all their details already filled out, eliminating the need for manual data entry by coaches.
    Personalization: Clients are automatically assigned to the correct program phase (fat loss, lean gaining, maintenance) based on the form input.

  14. client should be able to cancel their booked appointments

    Clients are able to book sessions but not remove themselves if they can't make it to the workout. I can remove them from it, but they can't do it themselves.

  15. Show caloric adjustment dates on Trainerize

    Show when macros get changed (since this helps with refeeds and future caloric adjustments and reduces spreadsheet usage) This will help create better decisions for increasing or decreasing calories based on a client's goal while making sure they don't remain in deficit (or surplus) for too long.

  16. Running tracker

    The app is great for seeing information about progressing weights and other stats but it would.be great to include graphs for running. Mainly weekly distance and the progression over time.

    Other graphs such as running pace would be ideal. I find it very difficult to navigate this information as a running coach.

  17. Allow clients to attach videos to workouts

    Clients should be able to send videos of their sets in their workout. This will help for trainers to check form and get an idea of movement patterns that need work

  18. View trainer calendar

    Clients should be able to view trainer calendar availability without having to go through the booking appointment process and check each individual day for potential openings.
    They should be able to see all available openings for the week and have the option to then book in to them.

  19. Carb cycling

    It would be really nice if we were able to do carb cycling or calorie cycling with our clients, meaning that we can set different carb or calorie goals on different days according to what they're doing. For example if you have a really challenging leg day your carbs would go up and then the next day say it's arms then you would go down in carbs for the goal.

  20. Be able to add exercises to a 'favourites' list

    Be able to add exercises that you use regularly for programming to a 'favourites' list so that you can easily view them and add them to new workouts
