This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. can you put a reverse countdown timer on the dashboard of the client e.g. countdown until their holiday/wedding

  3. Be able to add tags to Trainerize videos

    Some of the videos I would like to add tags to eg. Unilateral as some videos you do need to have left and right, where some of your videos don't have that option, so I have to add it in twice. Just doesn't have that 'seemless' flow about it.

  4. Create a days food diary as a template to copy to any other day.

    Create a template of all meals in a day that can be copied to any other day. Rather than entering each item individually ot scrolling through to find a previous day to copy from l. Would be easier to just select a pre determined template

  5. Add subcategories within a workout program

    add a text title to each superset or series category. for example superset 1: "Warmup" superset 2: "strength series 1" ( this would be followed by the video exercises, reps and sets.) superset 3: "Conditioning" Bridge has this feature and it makes the progression of the workout very clear.

  6. To be able to see how much protein they have had for the day

    I have a client that brought up the fact that she wishes the app would tell her in total how many g of protein or other macro she has had for the day. It tells her how much she has left but not where she currently stands. She has to do the math

  9. Mirrors on Stage

    Sometimes, there isn’t enough space in the room on the L or R side of the stage of the studio & it would be awesome to have mirrors behind the instructor for when you have to pick a spot in the middle of the room.

  10. Seperate section of programming for PT sessions

    Adding a section to the clients profile of workouts that are PT sessions programming (the client cannot see). So that if youre doing a session with them, add it into trainerize, so you can track their stats, but not let them see the workout on their end.

    Separate availability/events for each individual coach - At the moment I have multiple coaches all with separate availabilities and id like for them to be able to set their own so respective prospect clients and clients can book based off their availability and event type.

  12. Show total weekly calorie intake, daily calorie average, and daily macro average in the nutrition center

    Show total weekly calorie intake, daily calorie average, and daily macro average in the nutrition center. You guys had this feature already but with a recent update it was removed. This is an extremely helpful tool. Otherwise we have to add up all of the calories ourselves and find the average for each individual client when we're doing check-in's. So if we could integrate that feature back into the nutrition center that would be amazing!

  13. More cardio metrics.

    Add more metrics into the cardio functions.
    Examples:
    Treadmill - incline, distance, pace & interval/time
    Stair climber - pace, distance & time
    Row machine - distance, interval & resistance
    This would allow us coaches to be more specific with our clients programming and provide a more in depth experience for the client

  14. Better Metcon Tracking

    Create a system that remembers metcons and workout stats to make them repeatable.
    be able to do AMRAPs, EMOMs, FBG, RFT, etc.; know all the "named" workouts from CrossFit; and maintain a performance database. be able to name workouts and interchangeably add new TRACKABLE metcons (like squat or any other movement) from week to week in the notes or as a workout.

    The BTWB app is a great reference for all of this.

  17. check in tab 'at a glance' view

    under 'clients' add a tab called 'check ins' so we can see at a glance who has / has not completed their check in and chase them easily in the morning without having to go into each individual client account to check.

  18. Structured Phases for Nutrition Goals

    Hi everyone! I’d love to suggest adding a phase system for nutrition targets, similar to how training programs allow phases or cycles. For example, you could set an 8-week calorie deficit, followed by 2 weeks at maintenance, and then return to another 8-week deficit phase.

    When managing a large number of clients, it can be difficult to keep track of who should move into maintenance, take a diet break, or return to a calorie deficit. Right now, I often rely on screenshots on my desktop just to track their deficit and maintenance calories across different stages. Since we currently have…

  20. Can Clients See Missed Workouts or Compliance Stats Easily in the App?

    Hi everyone,

    I’m trying to improve accountability for my clients and was wondering if there’s a built-in way for them to clearly see missed workouts or their overall compliance stats in the app. I know I can track it on my end, but I’d like clients to have a simple view so they can stay more motivated and aware of their consistency.

    Is there a feature I might be overlooking, or a workaround that others are using to highlight this for clients? Appreciate any tips or suggestions! topgames
