I should be able to access workouts in the App.4 votes
Before the update, clients could add an exercise to their workout, and now they can't. Given that things often have to be adjusted on the fly (based on injury, equipment availability, etc) they should be able to track what they did even if they have to adjust.3 votes
Currently when creating a workout you have to choose between Regular Workout or Circuit Workout. A circuit workout lets you choose the number of rounds for the workout, but doesn't allow for multiple circuits within the same workout with different Rounds or a combination of a Regular Workout with a Circuit Workout. Another great option would be to allow for a timed circuit to have AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in a set amount of time. Plus the ability to group the circuits like with the superset option on the Regular Workout. Now even if you have multiple circuits with the same number of rounds it doesn't allow you to group them and know which group of exercises to do together, unless specified in the instructions.
Part 1 - (A)
20 Air Squats
Part 2 - (B)
AMRAP in 12 minutes
10 Push Press
10 Box Jumps
10 KB Swings
Part 3 - (C)
Deadlift 5,5,5,5,5 @ 75%

Just like you can schedule workouts, body stats or photos, you guys should enable the ability to schedule a skype or call so your client knows when their performance review is due.
Maybe even an email reminder or a sync with iCal or google calender too?7 votes
Thanks for coming to the idea forum and adding your vote to this idea.
We just launched in-app video calling. You can schedule a call without your client needing to download another app anymore. Give it try!
We’re keeping this set to ‘Not Right Now’, as this isn’t something we have any immediate plans to implement. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
If we do have any new information to share, rest assured we’ll check back in here with a new status. We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Add a calendar setting to make it easier for clients to visualize their program and allow trainers to add, change, and move workouts.5 votes
I still need access to previously made workouts after a client's training plan has ended. Why aren't they saved to edit or reuse? The copying function showed no workouts to copy over.9 votes
It would be very helpful to be able to see how many total reps a client has done of a specific exercise. I would like to be able to see how many they did in total per workout or week instead of just seeing the max reps they did in a set.
Also, if a weekly view of this at a glance could be added that would be phenomenal.4 votes
Add a music track to go with there workout! they can choose to add it on their last set! Or not
I know I get a few more burpees done if a good track is on6 votes
Add a monthly calendar per client in order for trainers and clients to be able to plan out and view upcoming and long term workout plans.6 votes
Have it so workout templates show in a column on a left-side bar with a client's calendar open on the main screen such that a trainer can see all workouts and simply drag/drop to a day on the calendar, avoiding the hassle and wait time of having to first click a day, then scroll through all workouts, select, wait til it's loaded, then repeat for other days. PLUS allow workouts to be clicked and dragged from one day to another day on the calendar, again avoiding the issue of opening windows and not being able to see the calendar.11 votes
You need to add more features for drills in between exercises and also to add for the client that looks for a more of a body weighted type exercises.basically free of machime or devices. You can still incorporate dumbells with the plyometrics exercises as an advance movement20 votes
It would be useful for trainers to be able to change the timezone. Almost always my clients timezone is wrong when they set up their account which throws off their workout days... There's a big difference between Kansas USA and Kabul, Afganistan! Instead of contacting each client and relying on them to change it, the trainer should have that capability. Every client that's set up an account with me has had this issue recently.8 votes
Being new to Trainerize.com, I had the experience of being a Sharecare Virtual Trainer on the online Sharecare platform and being able to use their fitness platform for the past 4 years. Before they took down the fitness platform this year, trainers were able to choose from a drop-down category the type of client they were targeting (example: Weight Loss), choose the phase level, choose the type of equipment available, choose the duration and frequency of the program (1-3 months), and pick the days that the client would be working out on. From here, all the trainer would have to do was click a button that says "Create Program" and automatically a training program would be generated from the options chosen above as well as the exercises that were available in the online exercise library. They were also able to edit the exercises. Example: delete, change the volume, change or add an exercise, without having to re-create a program.
This was an amazing feature and time cruncher when it came to exercise program design that could be created within 5-10 minutes instead of 2-3 hours. I believe that if this feature were to be accessible to all trainers on trainerize.com, it would be beyond beneficial and more efficient for generating more clientele and revenue to both parties. All exercises would still have a video with text description attached to them. Nothing would change on this end. The only difference between this and what trainerize currently offers would be and organized exercise library on the platform, the option of trainers organizing videos into their own folders, and some type of code that would generate a program from the exercises in the trainerize or trainer online database.
Sounds like a lot but I think it would be really sweet.

it's annoying that i can only make adjustments to my clients' plans while on my computer.2 votes
This "Drag/Drop" feature would work best from both the "Workout Template" page (if the client's calendar can be seen at the side) but also as a feature on the client's calendar page. Too many times I want to change around workouts to different days but the current method is very time consuming. Training Peaks has this feature and it's awesome!102 votes
If a client has the same workouts on Monday and Thursday they should only have to schedule Mondays and copy and paste all the workouts for that day into Thursday.7 votes
Ability to place a master workout in multiple programs or client's programs and have it automatically update everywhere when I edit.
I had to update a workout template but it did not automatically update the template that is already scheduled with clients... If we could add a master workout to my client's account but have it be linked.... this will make it way more efficient to update workouts that may be on hundreds of clients' calendars... It would be too time consuming if I had to go to each individual client and delete and then re-send template which I had to do.. Luckily it was only a few clients49 votes
Have the ability to train 2-3 clients in the app doing same workout but record different weights and resp
Our trainers often train 2-3 clients in one session who will be doing the same workout plan but may do different weights and rep ranges. It would be great to have the ability to switch into the active client quickly as they do there set ,record there stats then the other client does there reps and these are recorded. The fluency of swithing between clients is a big plus to have so that you create the perfect tool for a trainer on his/her ipad or android tablet8 votes
