We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    It would be great to have an away message setting so that when clients are sending messages outside a trainers work hours they do not expect an immediate response.

    It would be a cool feature if you could choose the macro tracking app that you wish to use. I no longer use MFP. I use MyMacros+ and I suggest my clients to use it as well.

    My clients send me videos from their workouts in our private message, and then I go into their workouts and comment form feedback. I cannot edit or delete any comment I send. It seems like a very simple thing to be able to edit or delete something I write if I need to.

  6. Enable reserved spots (and recurring reserved spots)

    Most of my clients have a recurring schedule. However, their appointments cannot be put on the calendar until their subscription renews and either they or I notice and manually add them. This leaves their normally reserved times open for the taking by other clients who either don't have a recurring schedule, are new, or are looking to reschedule a normal appointment due to an exception in their schedule.

    an option for trainers and/or clients to "check in" into an appointment in order to keep track of sessions that have been used.

  8. Allow booking with manual client and locations.

    For example, with a free consult - I don't want to set them up as a client in the system, but I'd like to book the time slot. I have a free appointment type for a consult, but I can't use it as it needs to be linked to a client.
    It would be great if we could input a booking using appointment type, and manually enter the client name.
    Same with location - if I'm training out of a different location to usual, I'd like to be able to just type the address, instead of having to set a…

    I have clients that currently can’t login in because it saying the app ‘is not available in their region’ even though it is, if this could be resolved before new features that would be great

  11. Messaging Arrows for TraCking

    When I open up messages to see what clients have messaged me, it is not obvious who sent the last message after you’ve opened a client message.

    It’d be nice if there was a way to see if the last message in a conversation was incoming or outgoing when I am scrolling through at the end of the day to make sure I didn’t miss any messages that I may have read and never replied to.

  12. Upgrades For Plans

    I have my clients on 3, 6, and 12 month plans at 1, 2 or 3 times per week. Sometimes, they decide they want to add days or increase the duration of their plan, but they don’t always want to add a whole new contract. They just want the remainder of their current agreement to be different.

  13. Ability to remove progress photos and body stats tab

    As I don't want my clients to fixate on body shape and weight, it's unhelpful for the app to include an entire section dedicated to tracking body measurements, weight, body fat %, progress photos etc. It would help to be able to toggle off these features for my clients.

  14. Have a way to report bugs and stability/performance issues in the app

    As far as I can tell there isn't a bug/issue reporting system on the mobile app. I've wanted this many times, as the mobile app is pretty buggy and slow to load even after recent performance updates.

    Have workout completes and comments come through in the general chat. It’s confusing for clients to navigate to different tabs for communications about their workouts

  17. Variable weekly nutriton goals

    The ability to manually reduce or increase calories/macros on specific days while meeting the overall weekly allocation to enable clients who want or need to calorie/macro bank

    For example if a client is on 2000 calories a day but wishes to eat 1800 Monday - Friday then split the remaining on a weekend

  18. Right to left language support

    As a user of the application in the Hebrew language, my customers with an Android cell phone cannot see the calendar and training sessions when the cell phone is set to the Hebrew language. This is a phenomenon that does not occur in iPhones. It would be great to get an update where there will be support for right-to-left language on Android phones as well.
