Can we have a quick add feature for water intake like on FitBit, MFP, etc? General habits like "drink more water" are great but they aren't scalable or practical. When I have a client trying to work on hydration and we're working up to their goal amount, I need a way to practically see how much they're regularly getting and they WONT track unless it's crazy easy to do so. Having a quick add option within the habit to enter amounts like 8oz, 12 oz. 16 oz, and 32 oz. would be amazing. I use my FitBit app to track my own but it's crazy annoying to have to use 5 apps to track everything and google forms, email, texting, and everything else to keep track of all the stats I need for my advanced clients.

With habit coaching, nutrition coaching, and especially my advanced PT clients, I need to check-in daily rather than just at appointments. For the last year I've been having to do it by texting or Google Forms but that's a lot for my clients to keep up with. Can we integrate some custom forms within the app that can be sent to clients daily, weekly, etc. where they can report things like sleep amount, nutrition consistency, water intake, energy levels, stress levels, injuries/pain, etc.

I use Teachable for courses, coaching, and challenges. Being able to sync the learning modules with Trainerize would be AMAZING and being able to see in coaching sessions where my clients are in the Trainerize dash with automated habits and workouts that link to the class material would be life changing.
