As this is one of the most popular requests, the product team has pulled this into the roadmap for 2022 but we had to push it to 2023 roadmap due to other critical system updates and features we had to do in 2022.     I use the APP for online challenges and there are time people sign up at different stages int their fitness. I want to be able to create several levels of training programs. In this case, people of different ages and with different fitness levels can use it.

    beginners, beginner+, intermediate, intermediate+, and advanced levels.
    Fat loss, muscle building, Weight gain

  9. Options to add in giant sets, compound sets and drop sets. Currently only option on training program is to add super sets.
