minimum calories should be set to 1200
Minimum calories should be set to 1200 to allow for patients that need to consume less than 1400 calories a day to have a meal plan to assess their needs. Not everyone needs to follow calories of at least 1400 calories and there should be an option to have less.

Visibility of the waist circumference measurement
Hello, I would like to suggest that, in the panel where the steps taken, body fat, body weight, calories consumed, calories burned, etc. are displayed, the waist circumference could also be shown permanently. Desktop Dark mode
As far as I can tell there's dark mode on mobile but not on desktop. Dark mode on desktop would help SO much to avoid eye strain as I'm doing all my work.

Connect alternative calendar apps...
It would be great if there was more app integrations for the coach. Like alternative calendar apps to help manage bookings for 1:1 appointments. I don't use google calendar, so if alternative calendar apps could be an option that would be really helpful rather than just one calendar option.

Workout Plan
I'd like to be able to write down workouts fully before adding the video option, that way I can work faster.

I'm having trouble getting the password out of a PST file that is password-protected in Outlook. I can no longer access the file since I can't remember the password.

Optimise memory taken up by desktop browser...using the web client seems to take so much memory currently that I can't play the videos clients have sent via messages when watching on PC. Why can I stream 4k video but not manage to watch a client video via the trainerize messaging platform...
