How has the Rice Purity Test evolved over time?
The Rice Purity Test, originally created at Rice University, has evolved significantly since its inception as a lighthearted survey for students to gauge their life experiences. Initially a campus-specific tradition, it featured questions about academics, relationships, and social activities. Over time, the test gained popularity online, with updated versions reflecting changing cultural norms and broader themes, such as digital habits and modern relationships. Social media amplified its reach, making it a global trend among teenagers and young adults. Today, the rice purity test serves as both a nostalgic pastime and a humorous way to reflect on personal milestones in a…

Make it easier to swap/substitute exercises when programming
It would be much easier for us coaches to swap/substitute similar exercises in and out as we create a program. Instead, we have to delete the old and search up a whole new exercise when replacing what a client did prior. This makes fluid exercise progression challenging for clients that like variety.
If we could link together similar lifts / exercises and quickly toggle and swap in a new exercise it would be great.

Basic Workout Routine on a Compact Exercise Bike
A compact exercise bike is a smaller, space-saving version of a traditional stationary bike, designed for home use or limited spaces. These bikes are ideal for people who want a low-impact cardio workout but have limited space in their homes or apartments. They typically offer the same features as full-sized bikes but with a more compact and portable design.
Key Features of Compact Exercise Bike
Space-Saving Design: Smaller footprint, often foldable or with adjustable handlebars and seats for easy storage.
Adjustable Resistance: Similar to regular exercise bikes, they allow you to adjust the difficulty of your workout by increasing or…1 vote -
Add roadmap planning so clients can see where they are in their journey and what's coming next.
A feature where clients can see where they are in their current journey, and what's coming next. For example, currently 3 weeks left of fat loss then 2 weeks at maintenance coming up and then a 24 week gaining phase. With estimated body weight targets for each week, notes for any social events, etc

Allow clients to put in goals + weight goals themselves
I would LOVE the feature of letting the clients add in new goals themselves.
I track my clients for every kilo they go down, and are micro-managing them to much.
They love that feature, because they get hyped every time they go down a kilo.
When it comes to goals, i have micro-goals in different exercises as squat, deadlift, pullups etc and if they could add the new goals reached, that would be so so much more good.
Please open up this feature.

Allow shortened URLs in messages
Problem Statement:
Currently, users cannot include clickable shortened URLs in messages via the mobile app. When a user attempts to share links from services like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, TinyURL, etc., the URLs are displayed as plain text. This results in long, unsightly URLs being pasted into chats, which can appear unprofessional.Idea Statement:
To enhance user experience and professionalism in messaging, the app should allow the use of shortened URLs. This can either be implemented by allowing users to paste shortened links directly or by automatically1 vote -

apple watch timer
I'm sure this has been requested before but I could not find it.
Currently, the app provides timers for exercises with time-based targets, but there’s no quick way to manually access a timer for exercises that don’t have predefined targets. It would be incredibly helpful to have a quick-access timer feature directly within the Apple Watch app.
This could work as:
A stopwatch or countdown timer that users can start manually for any exercise.
A button or shortcut integrated into the workout interface on the watch for ease of use. This feature would enhance usability during workouts, allowing users to…

What is the Rice Purity Test, and how does it work?
The Rice Purity Test is a self-assessment survey designed to gauge an individual's life experiences, particularly in areas like relationships, substance use, and personal behaviors. Originating at Rice University, the test consists of 100 questions covering various topics, ranging from innocuous activities to more risqué experiences. Participants simply check off the items they’ve done, and their score is calculated by subtracting the number of checked items from 100. A higher score signifies greater “purity,” while a lower score indicates more diverse life experiences. Popular among college students, the rice purity test is often taken for fun, sparking conversations and laughter. …

Simple and delicious Recipes
With the cost of inflation- simplified recipes that people will actually eat and can afford would be great. Though I enjoy some of the recipe options available, I know as a single mom myself that eating healthy is already difficult with the costs of healthy foods, but to have recipes with a long list of fancy ingredients makes that goal out of reach for a lot of my clients.

More compatable watches or strava
Can we have strava available to connect as 90% of my clients use it and a lot of my clients use watches not compatable. Failing that could you make the list of compatable watches bigger.
