This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Option to progress workouts via Work time and Rest time in progressions builder.

    In the progressions builder, the option to progress workouts by altering both work time and rest time would be very helpful. Altering both allow trainers to progress workouts easily while keeping workout duration consistent.

  2. Being able to link to the product directly to sell instead of just the coaches profile.

    From my personal website I want to be able to link directly to the product checkout page, but this doesn't create a unique URL, it only shows my coaching page and list of products. If I could link directly it would make it a smoother sales process for my customers.

  3. Adding your own Recipes and being able to SAVE that custom meal plan

    Adding your own Recipes and being able to SAVE that custom meal plan

    I have my own 60-second recipe videos, and would like for my clients to see them in their meal plan

    But it takes too much time adding them all one-by-one by swapping out the TZ generated meal plans

    It would be awesome if you can 'create' your own meal plan and save it for future use. Then you can simply apply similar meal plans (while using your favorite recipes each time)

  4. Enhanced Team Collaboration and Two-Way Calendar Integration for Studios

    Hi Trainerize Team,

    I appreciate the continuous improvements and features Trainerize provides. However, there are a few key enhancements that would significantly benefit studios and their clients:

    Two-Way Calendar Integration:

    Current Limitation: Trainerize currently integrates with Google Calendar, but only supports one-way synchronization (Trainerize events appear in Google Calendar but not vice versa).

    Desired Improvement: Implement two-way synchronization so that events added or modified in Google Calendar are automatically reflected in Trainerize and vice versa. This will ensure that schedules are always up to date across all platforms, reducing the risk of double bookings and scheduling conflicts.

  7. Manually enter Inbody date

    Ability to manually enter Inbody data over time to show progression.
    Particularly visceral fat - a contributor to health/wellness and increases probability of diseases like diabetes. It correlates to body fat percentage but is a compelling number for clients if their focus goes beyond aesthetics.

  9. Add in individual food items to a smart meal plan

    Provide the option to add in snack foods throughout the meal plan, not actual meals for each entry...

    For example... I want to add Chobani Fit yoghurt, apple and berries as one snack time option and be able to swap the apple for a kiwi the next week or the berries for mango

    Create a chat within the challenges so leaders and trainers or even other participants can cheer people on as they progress within the challenge. It would create more interactions within the challenge, the group and the leaders

  11. Initial Message Option (Coach to Client)

    Coaches need the ability to have an auto-generated message sent to the client (regardless of new or existing) upon PURCHASE of a product.

    As it is you can not automate a message to be sent to a client in that manner:

    Example:

    I have a Nutrition Guidance product. Someone (new or existing) purchases it. They have no idea how to add/schedule an appointment for counseling. If you attempt to attach credits and a program to it that auto-sends a message with scheduling instructions ( I made a how-to screen-recording) or that sends them the "Book Now" links, the only option…

  12. Auto add client to challenges after signup

    Once a client signs up for a challenge, it would be beneficial to have an automation that automatically adds them to the challenge. This would work similarly to how we handle programs and chats. Manually adding them takes time and carries the risk of forgetting to include them after they’ve signed up and paid.

  13. Ability to change the roles beyond "trainer" ie nutritionist, physical therapist, health coach - we offer all these services

    We have personal trainers, nutritionists, orthopedic specialists, and health coaches that collaborate on the platform and message clients, but the only role available to show is "trainer" which can be confusing for our clients. It would be amazing if a new client could see the role of each of our staff to avoid confusion. From the client's perspective, they don't know if they are messaging their trainer, or health coach, or nutritionists - and they have different questions for each role

  14. Mark exercises "complete"

    Right now, there is no way to check off or mark an exercise complete during a workout. This would be helpful to keep track of where you are at during a workout.

    we need to be able to see previous Macro goals on previous months graphs. If you change a clients current macros it sets ALL previous data with previous marco's to the new numbers!!! This is hugely problematic and decreases due diligence on the coaching side of things.

  16. Make a challenge that rewards points based on daily steps.

    I love the idea of a steps challenge or just adding a feature to current challenges that awards points based on steps reached per day. Perhaps we manually set the target, say 10,000 steps, and if a client reaches this for a day they get the points that we allocate for it.

  17. Allow 'Discover' tab access to be switched ON or OFF for clients.

    It would be great if we could have the Discover access switched on or off. Even if it was controlled in permissions or made so that anyone on Meal Tracking "In-App: Photos" didn't have discover access. This way we can control who has access to our custom recipes as we only want this for clients paying extra for it.

  18. NOTES ON CALENDAR

    Can we add a note feature to the calendar? I often check in with clients during new phases and if I know of their upcoming travel I can't seamlessly note anything.

    Example : "I know it's a month away but just wanted to give you the head up, I wont be able to train on July 4th, I'll be away for the holiday"

    I would be great to add a note to that day on their calendar instead of programing "TRAVEL" as a workout.
