Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. I need an option of 5 meals and 1,200 calories.

    I need my clients to eat more often so 3 meals and 2 snacks works but there is no option to generate that, Also, the lowest calorie optionis 1,400 which is too high for some small clients

  2. In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visits.

    In Person Visit log - it would be great to be able to pull a log of previous in person visit. Some clients ask for that when it's time to renew and the only way I can give them a log is for me to write down the dates of their sessions, Also, there should be a way for in person packages to expire automatically once all the credits have been used. Right now, I have to manually cancel the package so I can add another.

  3. Membership Control should Not be connected to Payments and Add on Program

    Membership Control determines what happens when a client's payment fails. But it also controls the ability to sell Add On programs. This should NOT be the case! I want people to be kicked out of the app if their payment fails, but I also want the ability to see add-on programs to people that might not have a main program. But I cant do both based on the Membership Control. I have to choose which is more important. These should be 2 different Settings.

  5. Allow to block time off before a class

    This would allow 10-15 minutes for people to arrive and settle into the class before it starts, and no personal training clients could book an appointment that ends right when the class starts. so it would allow a little lap over for the last client to leave and the people for the class to arrive.

  6. Remember recent/favorite meal last amount logged

    When going to log my recent or my favorite foods, the app does not remember the most recently used amount. For example, I usually have 30 g of oats in the morning, but the app is always defaulting to "1 cup". It would be MUCH faster if it remembered the last amount I used (just like MyFitnessPal does) so I just tap the + button, rather than having to manually change all amounts each and every time.

  7. Option to delete selected Auto messages from a program calendar

    Currently if you want to delete auto messages in the calendar, you have to select all items. The suggestion was made to have the option to delete selected auto messages rather than all items or none.

  8. Workouts should be able to be re-arranged in the calendar without limitation.

    Workouts should be able to be re-arranged in the calendar without limitiation of what type of workout it is. Currently, my warmups or stretching sessions are showing up BEFORE the workout instead of after because of these silly rules of what order they show in the calendar.

  9. Free Form or Combo workout option

    We use workouts that are often a combo of a regular and a HIIT program. There's no easy way to enter such a thing. Here's an example:
    10 x 10 Strict press ( same protocol as the rest of the week)
    15 minute AMRAP
    10 alternating single arm DB devil press
    9 Strict Pull-ups
    8 Burpee to target (shoot for a 6-inch jump)
    7 Toes to Bar
    rest 3 minutes
    15 minute AMRAP
    6 Sandbag over shoulder
    5 Sandbag Zercher squat
    4 Sandbag situps
    300' Sandbag Walk

    I would like to see a free form option or a combo option…

  12. Can you integrate with MacroFirst

    This is the best free macro tracker I've used.. You can set and adjust your goals at will and it has a food scanner, as well as a HUGE database of foods. Would definitely recommend

  13. Clients notified e.g. via email when deactivated

    It would be great if there was a way to set up an automated email to a client when they have been moved from a coaching client to deactivated - I've had many clients double check with me that I've definitely deactivated them since they don't appear to be notified.

  14. Search option for previous weights for an exercise

    Instead of having to scroll back down through potentially years worth of weights for a certain exercise, simply being able to search for that weight and seeing all of the previous entries.

  17. Product purchases should have an option for No Expiration Date.

    Currently, every product sold in Trainerize has an expiration date. The max time is currently 3 years (36 months) I would like my clients to have access to their purchase forever.

    That's like Tony Horton showing up to my door tomorrow and saying, "Hey that P90X program you bought 15 years ago is expired, I want it back now.: lol.

  18. Exclude recipes with specifc ingredients.

    While you can filter broad concepts like fish, meat, dairy, etc. There are many ingredients that customers may not eat and it would be so helpful to just eliminate any recipe that includes that ingredient. Conversely, it would be helpful to have alternative ingredients listed to swap out. For example, I don't eat sweet potatoes - so what can I included in this recipe that is close to an equal substitution.

  19. select specific expiry date when adding session credits

    Being able to choose the exact expiry date for credits would be much better than just selecting weeks/days/months.

    When planning ahead and adding sessions before payments have been taken...sessions expire after 3 months however if I add them on the 20th, for example, they are then going to expire around 10 days before they're due to. It'd be helpful if sessions could be added with a start and end date which can be preset in advance.
