We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    I have athletes with an account but the parents want to pay. The parents do not want an account and the athletes don't want to share their log in info.

  4. Choose date to cancel purchase

    I require clients to give 30 days notice. Which means currently, I cannot enter anything in the system to cancel their purchase when they request it, because there is no option to choose past their current billing cycle. This would be a very helpful feature.

  8. Option to un-publish a product (like you can with meals)

    Having an option to unpublish products from showing in the trainerize.me link would be very helpful. Currently you have to delete the product in order for it to not show at certain times.

  9. setup default product automation settings

    Can we please have the ability to setup a default set of values for new products?

    For example, I am never going to sell a package that starts on the day of purchase. They will always start "next Monday", and always be removed from the platform as soon as the program is over, as I make upsells during the program.

  10. Video instead of image on product link

    This is more of a marketing idea, in the product or checkout link there's an image and description of the product, what about a short 5min video instead of the image, so you can talk about the product, persuade people to buy your product, I got that idea from click funnels(russell brunson) his website template is literally a short video which tels a story, in the description you put the offer, and you get a sale.

    Is it a ridiculous idea that something like that could work?

    When a clients session pack pack is used up it auto-renews so that the client does not need to be invoiced so often. Easier for them.

  13. Ability to sell merchandise or other physical products in Trainerize

    We have people pop into the brick and mortar studio for vitamins and such, and if they want more than one bottle there isn't a place that I see where we can choose the quantity when making a Trainerize product.

  17. Overall Business Analytics & Display for Trainer (Excel Display Format)

    A great feature would be the ability to download an excel document (or even a cool Trainerize generated document) that shows business related stats like:

    1.) Average spend per client (based on how many products they buy)
    Reason - Helps to see what you could expect most clients to purchase or spend with you. If a client is purchasing under that number you could potentially upsell (can explain more if needed)

    2.) Individual client spend
    Reason - Are most clients buying several products or just one hot product?

    3.) Your client retention/attrition (as a metric and not a timeline) -…

  18. Allow in-app sign ups and seamless in-app purchases via AppStore or PlayStore

    My business has a significant amount of people trying to download my app and they're blocked from signing up.

    Also, after that, they cannot upgrade to a paid plan in-app.

    We are ok with the app stores taking 15% of the commission as it outweighs the loss in business of people not being able to seamlessly sign up.

  19. Client's Address on the Invoice (Requirement by Law)

    This is probably also the part of Client Management.

    This is essential for some countries (like Germany, for example), because it's obligatory by law.
    All invoices have to have both billing addresses, of the business, and of the customer.

    Currently, there is no possibility for me to collect the address of a customer, to adjust the address in the client's profile if I collected it somewhere, and it's not stated in the sent invoices.

    I could get fined if someone checks and I don't have this information on my invoices because as I said, it's obligatory by law.

  20. Show how many session packs a client purchases in confirmation email to trainer

    Currently, the confirmation email we receive only shows that generic purchase of sessions was made. It does not inform me if they purchased 1, 5, or 15 sessions.

    It becomes a time wasting process to go into the purchases, then transaction tab and divide the total purchase amount to figure out the sessions the client now has in order to schedule it appropriately on my appointment calendar.

    An auto renewal message after their total sessions are used would also save the trainer tons of time!

Feedback and Knowledge Base
