Be able to see averages for macros and calories
I’d love to be able to see the average calories and macros that my clients have logged through myfitnesspal. And when you change from 1 month report to 3 and to 6 the averages change accordingly.

Ability to note that indicated number of sets is per side and make the app account for the extra set count in workout total time.
The estimated total time of the workout doesn't factor in the fact that the indicated sets for unilateral exercises are to be performed on each side. As such, it would be great if on exercise selection the app allows you to indicate that the amount of suggested sets are per side.

Highlight colour background tasks in calendar for easy viewing, currently only get this on program stacking and looks so much easier To view
Currently the only way to have highlighted tasks in different colour backgrounds is by program stacking, it looks so clean and easy to view each persons daily tasks, it would be great if these were highlighted as standard to make it easier for us to view when reviewing a clients calendar

Adding in a space for clients to journal their weekly check ins/workouts/Nutrition

Allow adding manual sales without taking a payment through Stripe
Stripe fee can be 100x (Yes 100 times!) more expensive than a simple bank transfer.
Please look into as there's no way on a £1,000 package to give £30 to Stripe vs £0.30 to the business bank.
For large 1-1 session packages clients bank transfer their payments.
But I cannot manually input into Trainerize that they have paid for a package and therefore cannot book them in, limiting my ability to use the Trainerize calendar and booking function with PT sessions.

Merging Exercise Videos To Avoid Duplicates
The exercise libary is extensive, but sometimes I may create a new exercise by mistake as the one on here is under a different name. I'd like to be able to merge the newly created video to the current one, and for the stats relating to clients progress to merge over too.

Buying Guide of Barbell Set
A barbell set is a fundamental piece of equipment used in weight training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and various forms of strength training. It consists of a long bar (the barbell) onto which different weights can be loaded or removed to adjust the total weight lifted.
When looking to purchase a barbell set, you're considering an essential piece of equipment for strength training and bodybuilding. A well-selected barbell set can serve a wide range of exercises, targeting all major muscle groups. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you make an informed choice:
Types of Barbell Sets
Standard Sets: These sets typically include a standard bar (about 1 inch in diameter) and weight plates with 1-inch holes. They are suitable for beginners and home use.
Olympic Sets: Designed for more serious lifters, Olympic sets feature a 2-inch diameter bar and corresponding plates. These bars are longer, heavier, and made to withstand more weight, making them ideal for heavy lifting and professional training.
Fixed Weight Barbells: These are non-adjustable barbells that come in specific weights. They are commonly found in commercial gyms and are convenient for quickly switching between weights during workouts.Considerations for Purchase
Weight Range and Increments: Ensure the set includes a variety of weights to accommodate different exercises and progression over time. The ability to add small increments is beneficial for gradual strength improvement.
Material and Durability: High-quality, rust-resistant materials like stainless steel or chrome-plated bars offer longevity. For plates, rubber-coated or urethane plates are less noisy and provide floor protection, whereas cast iron plates are durable and typically more cost-effective.
Bar Length and Diameter: Standard bars are about 5 to 6 feet long, suitable for home use with limited space. Olympic bars are approximately 7 feet long, providing more stability for heavy lifts. The diameter affects grip comfort and the type of plates you'll need.
Grip and Knurling: A good grip is crucial for safety and performance. Check the knurling on the bar — it should provide a firm grip without being too abrasive on your hands.
Collars: Quality collars ensure weight plates stay securely in place during lifts. Spring clip collars are common, but there are also lock-jaw collars for quicker adjustments.
Price: The cost can vary widely based on the set's quality, material, and brand. While it's tempting to go for cheaper options, investing in a higher-quality set pays off in the long run in terms of durability and safety.
Accessories and Extras: Some sets come with additional equipment such as a weightlifting belt, gloves, or a storage rack. While not essential, these extras can enhance your training experience.Making Your Decision
Before making a purchase, assess your current fitness level, goals, and the space you have available for equipment. If you're a beginner, a standard set might suffice. However, if you're more experienced or planning to lift heavy, an Olympic set would be a better investment. Reading reviews and seeking recommendations from experienced lifters or trainers can also guide your decision.Where to Buy
You can purchase barbell sets from sporting goods stores, online retailers, or directly from fitness equipment manufacturers. Comparing prices and checking for warranties or return policies is advisable before finalizing your purchase.
Incorporating a barbell set into your workout routine can significantly enhance strength and muscle development.
Buying Guide of Barbell Set
In general, when considering the purchase of a barbell set, there are several factors you might want to consider to ensure it meets your fitness needs:
Weight Range
Check if the set includes a variety of weight plates that suit your current strength level and future goals. It's beneficial if the set can be easily adjusted as you progress.Bar Quality
The bar should be durable and capable of handling the maximum weight you plan to lift. Look into the bar's material (e.g., steel), finish (e.g., chrome, black oxide), and any performance features like knurling for grip and whether it has bearings or bushings for a spin.Plate Type
Plates can be made from different materials such as cast iron, rubber-coated, or bumper plates (rubber plates designed for Olympic lifting). Your choice might depend on your training style and whether you need to protect the floor or minimize noise.Compatibility
Ensure the barbell diameter fits the hole size of the plates. Standard bars are typically 1 inch in diameter, whereas Olympic bars are 2 inches in diameter.Safety and Accessories
Check if the set comes with collars (to secure the weights), possibly a rack for storage, and if there are any safety considerations, especially if you plan to lift heavy without a spotter.Brand and Reviews
Research the brand for its reputation in quality and customer service. Reading reviews from other users can provide insights into the durability and performance of the set.Price and Warranty
Evaluate whether the price is reasonable for the quality and range of equipment you're getting. Also, check if there's a warranty or return policy in case of defects or if the set doesn't meet your expectations.

Edit Training Plan Workouts in Calendar View
Ability to click a workout in calendar view and enter the Workout Builder directly. If I want to swap an exercise, rep count, or edit the description. Right now I have to go to the calendar to see which workout I want to edit, then search for it in the Training Program, then edit it. It would save SO MUCH TIME to be able to schedule, edit, and adjust everything in one place. This is in reference to workouts already sitting in the client's Training Program.

Create a filter for 3-ingredient-max meals
Many clients want to eat simple and boring either throughout the weekdays or at least for most meals except perhaps dinner. This filter would allow me to give them several options for very simple recipes that they can cook in batches and eat all week.

Music integration for Group Workout Calls
When I teach workout calls & play music on my end it usually doesn't sound great for people joining the class. It would be awesome if there was an integration to broadcast music to everyone listening & have it get quieter when I speak.

Intuitive eating nutrition goal
To have Intuitive eating nutrition goals for people who don't track calories or macros.
It would be awesome to have a nutrition goal set where once they log all their meal photos for the day they can check a box for hitting their goal.
I have been using the new challenges feature which is great - except that macro clients are able to hit their nutrition goal & intuitive eating clients can't.
My current work around is to have completing cardio the same point value as hitting your goal & having them mark general cardio session to get their points for the challenge.

Ability to upload a PDF document in the meal plan section while still having access to the recipes added.
Currently if you choose the smart meals option it will remove the ability to upload a file as well.
Likewise if you upload a file you can't also have the meals added showing.

Habit functionality
We have our Clients use an app called HabitShare and they all prefer that to the habit function you have.
They want to be able to check off multiple habits at one time, they do not want to see the thumbs up each time, as they have 7 habits to do every day it gets to be a lot for them. They are: Sleeping, eating on plan, meditating, getting in movement, hydrating. For example, so they can do multiple of these things at once and they would like to be able to more quickly mark that on their trackers as such.Maybe even just removing the thumbs up or giving us as trainers to be able to do that would be great.

Planning meals ahead of time!
As a trainer, I should be able to enter future meal plans for my clients. As of right now, I can only put 7 days in and, if I want to create the next week ahead of time, I lose the current week. This makes it difficult for clients to go shopping for the next week.

Need more than 3 days.
Its really hard to plan out clients meals when i want to be able to plan each day for them when i am only allowed to post 3 days. I do think for the price i pay monthly for the app that i should be allowed to plan a full week for my client. More snack ideas and meal ideas would be great too!
