Exercise regressions/substitutions suggestions
I would like to have a place to put exercise regressions and substitutions in with the program, without them being in the list with the workout. maybe if there were a box next to or below an exercise in the list, or a dropdown with options for regressions or substitutions for exercises that a client can't perform for whatever reason, and they would be easy for them to access.

Rep changes
Ability to easily indicate pause sets, drop sets, tempos, speed, 1 and 1/4 reps, double pump, etc. just a way to better customize the set/rep types for any given exercise instead of trying to type it all out next to each exercise

In-App programmable "reminders"
We need an option to customize in-app notifications.
Example: 10am reminder to log breakfast, 1pm complete 30 minute walk.
Clients are using us as accountability coaches but being able to automate this process would be fantastic, allowing us to spend more time engaging with more clients.

Display the points breakout for challenges (client & coach)
As a client, I would like to see the breakout for how my points are tallied instead of just seeing my total.
I think this could easily and cleanly be provided with a 3rd icon on the bottom challenges view and would show a table of the challenge items, points per, my # of events in that category, and then that line item subtotal. And then at the bottom, or top, would the cumulative total.
and for the coach it would be something like a spreadsheet;
the vertical row would be each participant's name and horizontally would be a column breakdown of each challenge item and its worthAs a client, I would like to see the breakout for how my points are tallied instead of just seeing my total.

Modernise and stream-line the user interface for clients when inputting their reps/sets for their workouts.
I've used a few training platforms from Truecoach to TrainHeroic prior to returning back to Trainerize, as I like having everything in one place.
However, I feel that the Trainerize UI for the workouts is a severe let-down of such a great product in comparison (particularly against TrainHeroic). This is due to it looking quite bland due to the design and colours used, as well as it looking overwhelming when you need to input your reps/sets.
For reference what TrainHeroic does well well is that the program is simple, but sleek with an option to display it as bright/dark and it isn't overwhelming when you look at the overview of the exercises and the rep/set display.
I believe this could be the icing on the top for Trainerize if this UI was improved.

link parent and child accounts
Link parent and child (or spouse) accounts so that one can manage the other and the can possibly share packages. I work with a lot of youth athletes and couples so this would be very helpful; I've been with a number of other platforms that have this feature.
Sometimes parents do not want their child having access to their credit card information so creating the client/child account with their parent's payment info isn't great.3 votes -
Change "Meal Plan" section name to "Nutrition"
Change "Meal Plan" section name to "Nutrition" to better more accurately encompass all service offerings as well as avoid misleading labeling.
Not all trainers/coaches offer specific meal plans so on an individual level, this is inaccurate and leads to confusing some clients of what they are receiving.
"Meal Plans" could easily be housed under "Nutrition" as well as the Tracker; similar to how one can/could simply go under "Programs" for "workouts" being as Training is made of Programs which comprise of different Workouts.
Not all states in the US legally allow "meal plans" and falls outside of scope. Placing the broader "Nutrition" title to this section would be a proactive step to avoiding any legal issue that might potentially crop up now or in the future.
Allows for a broader spectrum for acknowledgement of actual services, in a way this gives the impression that all food has to fall under a specific term of "meal plan" and creates an assumption from clients that is inaccurate in representing coaches/trainers who don't actually do this but then have to explain why a section is labeled by a service they don't provide.

Snack are too small compared to the meals
The snacks are too low of calories compared to meals. If someone is trying to have a surplus of 250 calories a day(say 3000 calories total), and we prescribe 5 or 6 meals, the meals are insanely large and the snack are tiny. Nobody wants to eat like this.

Make the order of groups interchangeable
I just made a new group, but now my most used group is listed below this new group. This doesn't make sense ergonomically for my clients or myself, because the new group won't be used as much as the previous top-listed group, and there is no option to change the order of my groups. Please vote to create the option to change the order of existing groups so we don't have to delete entire chats just to reorder the groups.
