Allow trainers to trim videos in the app
The app doesn’t let trainers trim videos in the app, o pretty ridiculous. And you can only use landscape videos, wtf does that even mean

training load
A feature that allows you to track workload. As you are already collecting tonnage per session then you can track this over time. Even more basic than that, you are already collecting RPE and time for each session. Its taken me about 10 minutes to make a sheet in excel that automatically calculates training load, training monotony, training strain and colour codes them depending on their scores. Please can you integrate this as well as rolling acute:chronic workload?

Organizing Periodization timelines
Have the current program register at the top of the client's main or customized program. Our client's current programs register at the bottom of the file. This is the same for copying a workout into a client's current program you have to scroll and choose the most updated. The current timeline of a program should register up top.

Ability to log part or multiple servings of client's custom meal.
When entering custom foods for my client to easily access, why am I only able to enter ONE serving size? This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I have clients with different protein goals so when creating meals for them, I have to create THREE SEPARATE chicken options, one for 4 oz, one for 5 oz, one for 6 oz...This is extremely tedious work that takes too much time. On top of that, it adds confusion to my clients when they see several different options of chicken...
The serving sizes NEED to be adjustable. Not just the current option that allows it to be adjusted by 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, etc. That requires my clients to do math (may not be confusing for us but for people new to food tracking, it's very confusing and frustrating). PLEASE FIX THIS!

Bulk batch cooking or doubling recipe for people who meal prep or want to share meals with family.
It would be nice if recipes portions could be multiplied for bulk batch cooking (meal prep) or if more than one person is catered for or You want to eat leftovers for lunch & save time cooking.

Ability to view all participants in a group class
I'd love to be able to see all the participants' screens during a group class rather than having to scroll in the middle of class to see them all and check that they're doing okay.

Metric: Showing client how long they've been a member for!
Our clients want there to be a banner at the top of the dashboard that shows how long they've been a member for!

Meal Planner needs to be more allow more creativity (and instead of or)
It sounds like you need a more flexible meal planner that allows for greater creativity and customization. Assigning meals by days or weeks is a great start, but it would be even better to have a hybrid system that takes into account not only the days and weeks, but also times and phases. Additionally, having the ability to adjust caloric intake percentage and having the meals populate based on these inputs would be a huge asset. With these features, you'll be able to schedule your clients with eating plans that vary 2-3 days based on their workout and calorie intake, all while allowing for more variety and customization in their meals.

Ability to Schedule a 7 days worth of meals, a week makes more sense than 3 days
Its frustrating to my clients that they can only see 3 days worth of meals, much harder to plan for the week if less than half the week is available to see

More Time options for Interval Programs
A custom timer would be best; however, please add more increments from 1 min to 3 minutes.
Much like others have said, it makes HIIT Style training more difficult to implement.

If wrong permissions were set on a group and client notifications pop up of task completions & goals hit, allow us the capability to delete
Sometimes I accidentally forget to click off the notification settings in a group when a client hits a goal, etc. I only realize once a client performs one and the badge/notification pops up in the group. Can we please have permission to delete this info from the group as the trainer/host?

Be able to coach clients from app without having to open Desktop
Rather than having to have my computer with me, I would like to be able to open a coach directed app and coach my clients from there, preferably from a phone app. (do not want to carry ipad or computer with me).

Away message or status
It would be great to have an away message setting so that when clients are sending messages outside a trainers work hours they do not expect an immediate response.

Time intervals in app
Hi when creating a clients program and if I want the exercise to be timed, I only have 5 min increment, for example it goes from 5-10mins, but I can't put in for 7 or 8 mins.

Possibility to store Resources
It would be great if we could store resources for clients, for example, videos, pdf, google drive... etc
I store all my resources in a separate software (notion) but it would be amazing if everything were in the same app
