Be able to train myself
It would be great if I could program myself and keep track of my weights and workouts without being charged as an extra client on my subscription.

upload photos
I get so much feedback that the app is incredible EXCEPT for the photos part. we get members to upload photos of their measurements (chest, waist, hips) and scales as proof. But theres no place to do this also they can only upload 3 photos per day as well which we ask them to space them out throughtout the week (not ideal)

Multi-language App
There must be the option of English, Spanish and Portuguese (Br). They are the 3 types of clients that I have and the fact that it is only in English generates rejection and that means that I lose potential clients.

Client Onboarding Flow (Automated)
Coaches or business admins can send a link directly to new clients to fill in a detailed form.
Form Automation: The form automatically generates a new client account, pre-populating relevant fields based on the data submitted (e.g., personal details, goals, preferences).
Instant Profile Creation: After submitting the form, the client can log in and begin using the app with all their details already filled out, eliminating the need for manual data entry by coaches.
Personalization: Clients are automatically assigned to the correct program phase (fat loss, lean gaining, maintenance) based on the form input.2 votes -

Check off exercises when done with each
I've had a few clients ask for a feature where they can "check off" exercises as they finish them. With this, that set/exercise would collapse and move to the next one - rather than having to search around the page with all open exercises.

Ability for clients to e-sign legal docs in-app, and require this process when a legal doc is updated.
Ability for clients to e-sign legal docs in-app, and require this process when a legal doc is updated.
As a business grows, its offerings may change, and it’s important to get current clients to agree to any changes if they continue to use our services. As of now, we need to use a separate service to email our current clients and inform them that a change is coming by a certain date and they need to click a link in the email by a certain date to continue being a member or they will be locked out of access to…

Nested Folders on the Client Side to Improve Organization
I understand that we can tag workout programs on our side to be able to sort through them, but exercise programs are extremely unorganized on the client side. As an example, there are 25+ Les Mills programs. Sorting through these on the client side is completely overwhelming. It would be helpful to create separate folders to add programs to in order to help guide clients to the correct program. Honestly, it would help across all programs written in the app.

client should be able to cancel their booked appointments
Clients are able to book sessions but not remove themselves if they can't make it to the workout. I can remove them from it, but they can't do it themselves.

Create a WOD and add it to their program after it's completed.
Create a WOD and be able to add it to their program after we decide it's a good workout for them. I often will have clients with injuries and so I create a workout for them to try, and once completed, I look over their notes to see if there are any concerns. If not, I usually add it into their programming regularly and don't want to have to put together the workout again.

Onboard client using URL (Not invite)
It would be great if we can onboard a client without having to invite them personally by email. a simple URL directing them to create an account would be great.
If it's for "security reasons" The link can be one time use and if the trainer wants to invite another client, they should generate a new link.
Most apps already have this by default, not sure why it has to be requested, it's 2025, we'd like to create a simple automated flow1 vote -
Master Goals
As a fitness professional, I am aiming to improve everyone's overall health. Though each person has specific needs, people can be generalized into categories and groups that all fall under the same category. I need to efficiently push every person towards a common goal, and I need to be able to customize a goal that can apply to all of my clients without having to spend time manually assigning each client the same goal.
Given that a trainer admin is viewing the master list of items, when they see the list, then they should see goals as an option

Converting excel format programs into Trainerize programs
I have a bunch of excel formatted workouts that I used before I got Trainerize. Would it be possible to follow a format that I can upload into trainerize and have it build the program from the excel sheet?

Running tracker
The app is great for seeing information about progressing weights and other stats but it would.be great to include graphs for running. Mainly weekly distance and the progression over time.
Other graphs such as running pace would be ideal. I find it very difficult to navigate this information as a running coach.
