AI Body scan
Recently saw that Noom has teamed up with Prism Labs to create an in-app AI body scan. Could be a cool concept for Trainerize app for those who cannot afford or have access to visiting a lab for decades scans, etc.

The swap button doesn't always work. If I use it once then I need to close and re open the app to reuse which is a bit frustrating.

More customizable habits
I love the habit section... this is one of the reasons I chose Trainerize. I also appreciate the default library. I would appreciate if we could edit the groupings of these habits and add to existing folders. It would also be helpful to be able to create a habit that we can add to the library from a clients program, instead of having to switch out.

create custom fields for body stat tracking
You guys stopped your integration with InBody but we'd still like to be able to record more than just weight, bodyfat, and circumference measurements. Other categories like skeletal muscle mass, body water, etc are things that should be tracked. If anything, just add the ability to add/create custom fields and record values. That covers everything anyone is requesting to be added to client "Body Stats"

Basic Client Group Chat / Community for Lead Gen
Give access to a Basic Group chat so we can add clients in for lead generation. I would rather have a group in Trainerize instead of on facebook, Skool, or WhatsApp. Should be an easy integration as group messages are already possible.

we need to be able to see previous Macro goals on previous months graphs. If you change a clients current macros it sets ALL previous data with previous marco's to the new numbers!!! This is hugely problematic and decreases due diligence on the coaching side of things.

Customise client nutrition goals shown on their dashboard.

Smart meal planner does not work for groups: Creating sample meal plan for group program
I run group programs, I need to use smart meal planner to create a meal plan for a group (as an example to follow). If I could make one meal plan and save it as a pdf and share with multiple clients this would work. Right now, the smart planner does not make a lot of sense for me.

An invoicing system
Every month, I need to send out invoices to my clients and would love to see a simple template system that we could use. The invoice can then be sent via email or downloaded as a PDF and sent to them on a messaging service for eg, WhatsApp

Meal planner calculations. More meal splits with lower calorie options
Already mentioned, but creating a meal plan for a client who needs less than 1400 calories and still be able to have more options than only 3 meals daily would help a lot to use the meal planner for more clients, some lifestyle clients only need 1000-1200 calories but prefer 4-5 meals split.. Would be great to give them that option with the meal planner..

Provide Ai Summary of Video call
During a coaching call we talk about a lot of important details, it would be neat to see Ai functionality take a call transcription and provide a summary to work from or send to clients (something like 'Fathom Ai')

Be able to adjust meals and recipes
Be able to adjust meal plans and recipes to modify the ingredients. Some clients don't like certain foods or don't have access to the food. So if we could be able to swap out ingredients

video call features (share screen, draw lines, superimpose timers)
It would be amazing if the video calls could be like zoom and have the option to share your screen, draw lines and circles etc, and super impose timers. This would be an absolute game changer for my clients. For most of my clients I still use zoom because the video conference on Trainerize is so limited

AI Training Focus Automations
Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:
Progressive Overload: AI adjusts reps, sets, and weight progression automatically based on client performance. The system increases the intensity over time to ensure the client is continuously improving.
Auto-Regulated Training (RPE/Fatigue): The AI guides the client to adjust the intensity of their workout by suggesting the appropriate number of reps and weight to use based on their perceived exertion (RPE) or fatigue level.
Muscle Endurance Focus: For endurance training, the AI sets higher rep ranges (12-20+ reps) with lighter weights for improving muscular endurance.
Strength Focus: When focusing on strength, the AI prescribes lower rep ranges (3-6 reps) with heavier weights, adjusting the intensity for optimal strength development.
Hypertrophy Focus: The AI targets moderate rep ranges (6-12 reps) with moderate-to-high weights, adjusting volume for muscle growth (hypertrophy).
Power Focus: For power development, the AI recommends explosive movements with low rep ranges (1-5 reps), emphasizing strength and speed.
Fat Loss Focus: The AI generates circuit-style training with higher rep ranges and shorter rest periods, incorporating both cardio and strength movements to enhance fat loss.
Mobility & Flexibility Focus: When focusing on mobility and flexibility, the AI adjusts the program to incorporate lower-intensity movements like dynamic stretching, yoga-like exercises, and recovery sessions to improve flexibility and range of motion.Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:

Drag and Drop Programming for Arranging Order of Workouts in a Program vs having to Un-schedule then Re-Schedule everything
When creating workout programs we should be able to place various workouts in the order we choose using drag and drop feature vs having to schedule every workout module in the exact order we want, ie., warm up, core, strength, cardio, etc. Often times when changing something in a workout plan I have to un-schedule all of the workouts for that day/phase and then reschedule every item/workout model in the exact order I want it, otherwise you are dealing with issues such as the warm up routine being placed at the end of the workout on the clients training calendar, which should be first. This has created endless tedious and frustrating programming issues when building out different workout programs, updating or changing workout programs, etc. It's a very inflexible process that requires many hours sometimes to make even just a simple change. I would assume everyone using Trainerize is dealing with this same problem and would love this process to be much easier than the current "delete everything and reschedule all of it" system.
