Basic Workout Routine on a Compact Exercise Bike
A compact exercise bike is a smaller, space-saving version of a traditional stationary bike, designed for home use or limited spaces. These bikes are ideal for people who want a low-impact cardio workout but have limited space in their homes or apartments. They typically offer the same features as full-sized bikes but with a more compact and portable design.
Key Features of Compact Exercise Bike
Space-Saving Design: Smaller footprint, often foldable or with adjustable handlebars and seats for easy storage.
Adjustable Resistance: Similar to regular exercise bikes, they allow you to adjust the difficulty of your workout by increasing or decreasing the resistance.
Comfort: Some compact bikes come with padded seats or ergonomic designs to ensure comfort during workouts.
Digital Display: Many models have a built-in console that tracks time, distance, speed, calories burned, and other fitness metrics.
Quiet Operation: Most compact exercise bikes use magnetic resistance or belt-driven systems, making them quieter than traditional friction-based systems.
Portability: Many are lightweight and come with wheels for easy movement.Types of Compact Exercise Bike
Mini Exercise Bikes: Pedal-only bikes are often used at a desk or on a chair. They’re great for low-impact exercise and can be used for upper and lower-body workouts.
Foldable Exercise Bikes: Full-sized stationary bikes that can be folded for storage. They offer a more complete workout experience than mini bikes, with adjustable handlebars and resistance.Benefits of compact exercise bike
Convenient: Great for people with limited time or space.
Low-Impact: Ideal for users with joint issues or beginners.
Affordable: Generally more affordable than larger, full-featured exercise bikes. These bikes can be found at a wide range of prices depending on features and build quality.
Using a compact exercise bike provides an excellent low-impact workout that improves cardiovascular health, burns calories, and strengthens muscles. Here's a comprehensive workout routine you can do on a compact exercise bike, whether it's a pedal-only version or a full-sized, foldable stationary bike.
Basic Workout Routine on a Compact Exercise Bike
Warm-Up (5–10 minutes)
Start at a low resistance to gently get your body moving.
Pedal at a comfortable pace (easy to moderate effort).
If using a mini exercise bike, simply pedal with your legs or even add upper-body movements if you have a seated version.Steady-State Cardio (15–25 minutes)
Set a moderate resistance level that allows you to pedal at a consistent pace.
Maintain a steady pace that you can sustain for the entire duration without feeling exhausted.
Focus on breathing deeply and evenly as you cycle.
Aim for a target heart rate in the moderate range (about 50-70% of your maximum heart rate).Interval Training (10–20 minutes)
This workout alternates between high-intensity efforts and low-intensity recovery periods.
High-Intensity Phase (1–2 minutes): Increase the resistance or pedal as fast as you can, reaching 80-90% of your maximum effort.
Recovery Phase (1–2 minutes): Lower the resistance or slow your pace to allow your heart rate to recover.
Repeat the cycle for 10–20 minutes. For example, after 1 minute of intense pedaling, follow it with 1 minute of slower, more relaxed pedaling.
Interval training helps burn more calories and improves cardiovascular fitness in less time than steady-state cardio.Endurance Ride (20–30 minutes)
If you're focusing on building stamina, try pedaling at a moderate pace for 20-30 minutes at a consistent level of resistance.
This is a steady, long-duration ride aimed at improving aerobic fitness.
Avoid excessively high resistance to keep the pace steady.Cool Down (5–10 minutes)
Gradually reduce the intensity of your pedaling and let your heart rate slowly return to its resting state.
Pedal at a very low resistance, focusing on deep, controlled breathing.
If you’re using a mini bike, focus on gentle pedal strokes to relax the muscles.

Meal Plan Generator for Custom Macros
It would be super helpful to be able to use the meal plan generator for custom macros. Right now, the generator will only adapt to specific percentage breakdowns. Not every client falls into the 40-30-30 umbrella or the other options available.

Allow clients to put in goals + weight goals themselves
I would LOVE the feature of letting the clients add in new goals themselves.
I track my clients for every kilo they go down, and are micro-managing them to much.
They love that feature, because they get hyped every time they go down a kilo.
When it comes to goals, i have micro-goals in different exercises as squat, deadlift, pullups etc and if they could add the new goals reached, that would be so so much more good.
Please open up this feature.

Allow shortened URLs in messages
Problem Statement:
Currently, users cannot include clickable shortened URLs in messages via the mobile app. When a user attempts to share links from services like Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, TinyURL, etc., the URLs are displayed as plain text. This results in long, unsightly URLs being pasted into chats, which can appear unprofessional.Idea Statement:
To enhance user experience and professionalism in messaging, the app should allow the use of shortened URLs. This can either be implemented by allowing users to paste shortened links directly or by automatically1 vote -

apple watch timer
I'm sure this has been requested before but I could not find it.
Currently, the app provides timers for exercises with time-based targets, but there’s no quick way to manually access a timer for exercises that don’t have predefined targets. It would be incredibly helpful to have a quick-access timer feature directly within the Apple Watch app.
This could work as:
A stopwatch or countdown timer that users can start manually for any exercise.
A button or shortcut integrated into the workout interface on the watch for ease of use. This feature would enhance usability during workouts, allowing users to track their exercise durations on-the-fly without needing to rely on a separate timer app.

What is the Rice Purity Test, and how does it work?
The Rice Purity Test is a self-assessment survey designed to gauge an individual's life experiences, particularly in areas like relationships, substance use, and personal behaviors. Originating at Rice University, the test consists of 100 questions covering various topics, ranging from innocuous activities to more risqué experiences. Participants simply check off the items they’ve done, and their score is calculated by subtracting the number of checked items from 100. A higher score signifies greater “purity,” while a lower score indicates more diverse life experiences. Popular among college students, the rice purity test is often taken for fun, sparking conversations and laughter. https://rice-purityytest.com/

Improved payment management + easily adding and deleting session credits
Currently, there is no option to pause, postpone, or conveniently delete client sessions in case of a refund. As it stands, the only workaround is to add fake sessions to exhaust the credits manually.

Simple and delicious Recipes
With the cost of inflation- simplified recipes that people will actually eat and can afford would be great. Though I enjoy some of the recipe options available, I know as a single mom myself that eating healthy is already difficult with the costs of healthy foods, but to have recipes with a long list of fancy ingredients makes that goal out of reach for a lot of my clients.
