I'm wondering if Trainerize plans to support more advanced automated workflows in the future, such as if-then conditions based on the client's actual behavior. For example, if a client misses several consecutive training sessions, the system could automatically send reminders, adjust the program to be lighter, or notify the coach. Or, if the client reaches a certain progress milestone, it could automatically start a new phase or send an encouraging notification. For clients who stop logging workouts, nutrition, or habits for a period of time, automatically triggering retention actions would also be very helpful. Such conditional and time-based automations would save coaches a lot of manual tracking effort and improve the client experience.    There were recently a lot of yoga and pilates exercises added to the ABC Trainerize library, but there is not an easy way to filter out those exercises when creating workouts. If you filter by the tag "body-weight" it will show all body-weight exercises. I'd like to see an easier way to go about finding all yoga / pilates exercises.

   I'd love to see 'Streak Freezes' like with Duolingo. My ethos is consistency over perfection, but that means that if they miss a day, they completely lose their streak. I had a client who had just hit 500 days and then wasn't well but couldn't freeze the streak.

It should be copied as it was written and scheduled by the coach, NOT how the client performed it and with all their extracurricular activities. Easy example: If the coach programmed a training day on Monday, but the client slid it to Tuesday, when the coach copies it should remain on Monday.

20. Allow clients to adjust their programs if missed workouts

    If would be helpful if clients could adjust their program if they miss a week or two of workouts because of vacation or sickness.

    Clients don't always want to reach out if life gets busy because they feel bad but they want to get back on track.

    They should be able to control some of their program to move things around easier.
