This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Rate Workout On Enjoyment

    Have the option for clients to rate their workout based on how much they enjoyed it as well as the RPE rating that we currently have. A few clients have said its a 8/10 but satisfying or good fun etc.

  3. Advance client birthday reminders

    Client birthday reminders for trainers so we can remember bdays. Perhaps a week in advance so we can actively ask them if they need any advice or room for manoeuvre over their birthday with workouts or nutrition…before they ask us!

  6. Notifications for Desktop

    I think it would be awesome to have messaging notifications pop up on desktop, similar to that of facebook, etc. Let's make it happen!

  7. Add GPS to cardio activity so distance can be auto-tracked

    When clients go for a walk, run or cycle outside, it would be nice for them to just click 'start workout' and the app records the time (which is already happening) along with the amount of distance they are doing.

    At the moment - I am suggesting they use another app (mapmywalk, etc) but it does put them off using our app as they already have to use a different app for food logging plus zoom.

    I would rather them not need to download another app and have all these features in this one!

  8. ability to set or schedule future nutrition goals and see past nutrition goals

    I would love to be able to create a 'new' nutrition goal rather than editing it. Also I'll like to be able to schedule future nutrition goal for nutrition phases and pre-planning of their macros.

    I would like to be able to see what we've done in the past as I don't set goals based on % of macros so when the client is losing weight, the calories and grams of each nutrient changes. I would like to be able to still see past goals for comparison and change over time.

  9. Ability to send messages from the business account

    Similar to how you would message a business on whatsapp or on facebook messenger, allow us to send messages from our business persona.

    The business inbox can be replied by any member of my team for a quicker response.

  10. Add the possibility to change rest time in the progression spreadsheet

    Rest time between exercises do no appear on the progression spreadsheet, so if a want to program less rest time between sets on a perioditation it’s harder

  11. Edit or modify the workout from the calendar tab

    From the Calendar Overview of the entire program, I would like to edit or modify the workout. The current options are Print and Delete. Editing the workout from the Calendar will be more efficient and less time consuming between switching tabs/pages.

  13. Allow free trial option with credit card

    This is good to get new customers to sign up themselves. People would like to try before spending their money. A few days or one week free trial will be an awesome feature.

  15. Ability to show workouts, videos and timer on a TV for small group training like a coach's assistant.

    Be able to connect a TV to a computer or Apple TV and show all the exercise videos, timers on the TV so the class can follow along.

    The TV can act as a coach's assistant, so the coaches can focus on coaching technique.

  18. Allow clients to add/schedule activities to their own calendar

    It would be great to allow the client to add workouts to their schedule. So if they complete an activity or want to schedule an activity on top of their program given by the trainer. That way we can see the extra steps their taking - like an extra hour walk or 30min Peloton ride. I know there are integrations but not everyone has all of the devices. Thank-you

  20. Prescribe exercises within a set amount of time with remaining time to rest.

    Create an option where you can complete exercise or exercises within a prescribed time.

    Example 1. 10 x Bench Press 3010 in 80 Seconds Rounds for 4 Sets/Round. The exercises to be completed within 80 seconds (every 80 Seconds) with remaining time to rest before starting again.

    Example 2. 10 x Bench Press 3010 & 10 x Row 2010 in 2 Minute Rounds for 4 Sets/Round where both exercises to be completed within 2 minutes with remaining time to rest before starting again.
