Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Overview Calendar

    A monthly or weekly calendar view that can be found on the Overview page. Similar to a list view of when clients complete a workout, but instead it's in a month or weekly view, where it shows the clients name on the day they workout and the workout they did. This will save time and brain power from having to continuously go into each client's profile to view their workout consistency.

  3. the ability to also track palm measurements in nutrition and not just calories

    When client don`t want to use scale and rather choose his/her fist-palm-thumb to macro tracking.

    There really should be some easy way to track clients daily routines.

    Something that client can "check" after eating - and coach can track and help the client with...

    Coach should be able to mark the daily goal the same way like with MFP.

  4. Client's Address on the Invoice (Requirement by Law)

    This is probably also the part of Client Management.

    This is essential for some countries (like Germany, for example), because it's obligatory by law.
    All invoices have to have both billing addresses, of the business, and of the customer.

    Currently, there is no possibility for me to collect the address of a customer, to adjust the address in the client's profile if I collected it somewhere, and it's not stated in the sent invoices.

    I could get fined if someone checks and I don't have this information on my invoices because as I said, it's obligatory by law.

  5. Smaller variance in nutrition accountability

    I love the added ability to change the “variance” for nutrition accountability. However, it seems the steps in variance are quite large. From 10% up to as much as 100% in 10% increments. Just a suggestion, I feel as though 5% up to 50% variance with 5% increments would be more applicable. Just my thoughts/ feedback.

  6. Turn message notifications off at past a certain time.

    Hi. I would Like to have the option to turn any/all notifications off past a certain time. Example - no notifications received bw the hours of 10pm - 6am. I know We can turn them off for certain clients, but I dont Want to have to go through every client. I just Want the option of a toggle switch and times notifications are turned off every night.

  7. Have the option of not having to add a video into a programme

    It would be great if we could just add the notes and not HAVE to also add a video. Or if we could add a video without the option of the reps/sets coming up, just the video explanation.

  8. Put notes on activity and option to add your own activity

    On the app when I have a client do an "activity" it would be nice to have the option to put in my own activity, for example if I'm using a cardio machine that isn't listed, I would like the option of putting in my own. I also think that on the activity metrics like how long they did it or what level, that it would be nice to have a line where you could put in your own, like incline, for example.
    Another thing is that on the desktop version I can put a trainer note on an activity.…

  9. Send announcement or broadcast Messaging

    I am wondering if there is a way to broadcast a message to all clients so that they it appears as a notifications once they sign in?

    Further more, if that were possible can it be a video message?

  12. Trend Line For body weight Progress

    Would love it if there was a quick button that would generate a trendline based on the data points provided. Especially for long-term weight loss, it's great to be able to show the trend so clients can better understand weight fluctuations and long-term progress.

  13. Make it so we can see other scheduled workouts on the calendar when we are scheduling them. It was a feature previously.

    In the past, it showed different colors for different workouts that had already been scheduled in the calendar. Make it so once I schedule one workout for the month, it shows up on the calendar when I go to schedule the other workouts so I don't end up doubling up workouts on the same day.

  17. on demand instructions

    Add instructions on how to best utilize an on demand program under the main heading of the program so clients are clear on how to implement or supplement their main programs. I currently explain how to use them but it would be nice if it was in writing as well in a clear location.

  18. Ability to delete out a recurring appointment in one click

    When editing on the coaches appointments. A selection to do the same change to future appointments.
    Or to delete the same upcoming appointments.

    You are only able to do one at a time for any editing done to appointments

  19. See stats older than 3 months

    I’ve been training for 3 months and realized today I can’t access my very first week of measurements. I need to see that to know where I started. Can I find my very first measurements somewhere? If they’re lost, I might cry. I didn’t write them down thinking this app was saving my measurements.

  20. Scrollable Workout, Program etc. Pages instead of multiple shorter pages

    When looking at the Master Libraries or Client's training program you have to navigate through multiple short pages to see all of the items. It would be easier to navigate one long scrolling page.

    Moreover, it is not intuitive that in order to select all of the workouts you have to click the square box and select "select all workouts". The software should be more conservative and easier to navigate.
