Allow habits to progress (scale 1-5) instead of "Yes"/"No"
Some habits, for some clients, might work better with different means of tracking progress (i.e. a scale of 1-5) instead of always being a binary "Yes"/"No" option.

Ability to embed my trainer's profiles all on my own website
Right now, my trainers fill out their profiles on their Trainerize account. It would be great to be able to just embed this onto my own website so I don't have to create my own website pages for them.

Writing Workouts without Using Thumbnails Videos
It would be great to be able to format writing programs without having to use a video thumbnail. Many of my seasoned clients do not need video thumb nails. It also takes a bit longer to write out the programs because I have to attach a video with it. Exercise.com has this option.

I'd love if there was an option for clients to leave you a review or testimonial at the end of the program.

Additional meals or missed meals tick box
Ability for client to add in a food (or even a meal they missed) and to tick a box (either add to daily total or substract) so that the meal they enter is either subtracted or added to the nutrition goal set. This way if they are following a meal plan where macros are calculated … we can see if the meal they have had is on top of or missed. It might save them entering everything on the meal plan to track daily compliance

Integrate With Google Analytics to see sign ins and clicks
It's great there's Facebook Pixel Integration - but a lot of lost data still without Google Analytics. This integration would be HUGE without needed too much tech development and would really give clients the full suite of tools necessary to grow!
Track Better Showcase Purchase Data and show usage data
This will also allow us to see sign in, app starts and workouts

Daily Wellness Survey - Sleep Quality, Stress/Mood, Motivation and Energy Levels
For online coaching purposes having the ability to track the following by allowing the client to rate their daily with a daily form/questionaire/survey
Sleep Quality
Stress / Mood
Motivation
Water Intake.This will help paint a better overall picture if the client is affected by any of these.
Helps with accountability, adherence and results.

Easily check off exercises when finished instead of manually entering the numbers
The system will have automatically put in the numbers based on the reps and weight you prescribed in the work out. These numbers will be faded slightly and made darker if the client presses the check mark or complete.
Additionally, they can overwrite the numbers if anything is different.
Small thing but can save time by just pressing the check mark.
This can also be useful for exercises that are just done for completion, and just reps (mobility exercise, foam roll, warm up etc etc)3 votes -
auto refresh the client window
Have the client window automatically refresh when I choose to open a different client's profile. Right now, you open a client profile and a separate window opens for them. It would make workflow easier to be able to keep that window open and it automatically refreshes once I'm done with one client and click open on another client in the main window. It feels clunky to have all these windows open and having to constantly click on "Refresh and view CLIENT's account"

Steps
I would like to be able to track steps with Trainerize only without using a 3rd party integration as some clients don't have Fitbit, Apple watch etc, so would be great if Trainerize would have this integrated

Single payments from Mindbody to automatically create an account with trainerize
Single payments from Mindbody to automatically create an account with trainerize and sync with a program. Currently it is just for reoccurring payments, so anyone that comes to us for a front end offer which is usually a one off payment we have to do this process manually

Add a second habits reminder later in the day
Add a second habits reminder later in the day so that the client can see the first reminder to complete the habit in the morning, and then another follow up message in the evening to make sure they completed it.

Day on calendar highlighted
The day that the client is on in their program needs to be highlighted or marked in some way on the program calendar, so that we know exactly what day they are on in the program calendar. It would make it a lot easier to know what day they are talking about when they make enquiries about their workout for that day or week.

Circuit training
Client should be able to set a circuit timer eg 7 minutes and select ‘start workout’ the exercises should play in a loop while the timer runs then the client should be able to swipe to the next exercise. Allow a 5 minute transition before the following exercise plays in a loop until the client has completed the reps. Ability to pause and end the workout with a reason why the workout was paused or ended, such as ran out of time, didn’t like the workout, too difficult, too easy this would result in a better experience for the client.

Trainer note tiles in appointments
It would be great to be able to have tiles of the most recent trainer notes for clients in small group personal training (live or video/virtual).
Right now if you have 5 people in a small group personal training session at 3pm you have to click on each person, then off to their notes to see what was most recent/important for them. Then you have to click back to the group, and on the next person etc... it's hard to remember the 3 most important things for 5 or 6 people.

Develop a sliding bar for macro to build meals like Renaissance Periodization
Develop a sliding bar for each macro to build meals within the calorie or macro distribution the coach has set. So if I say eat 30 grams of protein for breakfast, they could choose there protein source and then use the sliding scale to determine how much of the protein they should eat. Folders that appear in clients training program
We need to be able to organise clients various training programs into different folders in their training plan.
Everything appears as one list now and it looks disorganised.

add in Reps in Reserve and/or Rate of perceived exertion with each set.

Contracts
Built in contracts when clients purchase a product. Eg; minimum 12 weeks, 4 weeks notice to cancel. Having debt collection associated too. I had a client just delete her card details and I lost income with no notice
